Hotrash

Don't let its name fool you, it's definitely not "Hotrash". As a generic Link-3 it opens up 2 zones while in the extra zone, also on summon you may choose to move it to a zone it points to freeing up the extra zone. And that's not all, once per turn it can move a  monster from the extra zone to a zone it points to yet again. I was not sure if this card's first 2 effects were too strong to be free to use or not, so I added a couple drawbacks: You can SS it only once per turn + if it leaves the field it blow up all your cards. Which I thought was pretty neat since it fits with the card's aesthetics.

FIRE

Pyro / Link / Effect

2+ monsters
If this card is Link Summoned: You can move it to your zone it points to. Once per turn: You can move 1 monster you control from the Extra Monster Zone to your zone this card points to. If this card leaves the field: Destroy all cards in the Extra Monster Zones. You can only Special Summon “Hotrash(s)” once per turn.

ATK/ 2100 | LINK-3

First Link I ever made, also the first FIRE/Pyro Link ever?

Credits to the artist for the chosen card artwork.

Please comment/rate/fix etc. Some CnC is always very much appreciated.

Come on guys of CC, please let me know what you think.

What's wrong with it, is its name too distasteful or something(I thought it was quite creative to merge the too words like that, w/e)?

Tell me if its OCG/PSCT is correct or not, cause I'm not sure about that. First time using words such as: "move", "zone" and "Extra Monster Zone".

Also, are its effects too broken/underpowered, or could it possibly be balanced the way it is.

Talk to me people of YCM, bump!

Custom Cards has long suffered from a lack of member critiquing. Actual reasons vary, but it's usually due to members simply keeping to themselves for the most part; not because your cards are bad.

Anyway...

Card is generally fine overall; generic enough and frees up the EMZ for other stuff you want to summon from the Extra Deck; something that a few Decks would appreciate. The "destroy" effect is kinda iffy though, as it triggers no matter what (whether you got summon negated, it gets killed or even if you try to ladder Link with it). Though, given this card only has 1 Link Arrow that is usable in the MMZ, it's not going to be abused (and you'd actually need a monster in the Extra Monster Zone for it).

As such, you can probably get rid of that effect that kills everything should it leave the field. Even if it frees up the EMZ a bit, it's not gamebreaking like some of the other Links we've gotten.

I see, that's understandable I suppose.

Yep, that's exactly what it's meant to do. The destroy effect I only included cause it added some flavor to the card, since you know FIRE/Pyro cards are mostly known for their effects that either burn the opponent or pop stuff.

How about I make it destroy all cards in the EMZs instead of removing it completely, please let me know what you think about that.

Thanks for your input Sakura, our Friendly Neighborhood Flash Flyer!

Bump.

The name does puts me off a bit, but that's a personal thing.

You should mention who is the artist. Otherwise simply stating you give credit to him/her is pointless. The image looks fine to me, though.

Not a big fan of the concept. It's pretty much designed to alleviate the new rulings on Extra Deck Summoning from Master Rule 4. Not that it is a bad thing to do, but it could re-shape the game to back to how it was before the new rules, and thus going against the intended direction of the game. Although a few official cards do "help" with the rulings, like the Vehicroid Mobile Base, this pushes it a bit further by both moving itself and another monster from the ED Zone.

Yeah, I figured it would put some people off, but I also thought merging the two words together was creative enough for others to think its cool, w/e.

Alright, fair enough. I Will credit the artist if it's absolutely necessary.

Well, as my first link I thought to make something related to the new changes of MR4. So, since not many cards interact with the EMZs directly, I thought it to be somewhat an original design.

Anyway, thanks for the feedback.

Also, can someone let me know if the last effect that I added is befitting or should I just remove it completely?

Bump.

The last effect is good, but IDK if it's too good, since you can also use it "offensively" by moving your cards from the EM Zone, then using this as material, fodder, etc. and destroy whatever your opponent controls in its EM Zone. Although you would have spend 3 monsters just for that stunt.

I updated.

Thanks guys, it seems to be better now. Although, I'm still not sure about the OCG/PSCT. I tried to word it properly but some of these effects are still fairly new to me. So, please if there is anything that still needs fixing do tell me.

Your card grammar's fine here; the moving from Extra Monster Zone effect doesn't seem to have any problems. At the moment, this type of effect isn't really well-developed outside Mobile Base moving ITSELF.

Besides that, the effect is better now considering it doesn't kill you as much (unless you somehow did the Extra Link and took up the other EMZ, but you probably won before this left the field). At the same time, it does kill the opponent if they have something in there (which is likely), so improvement. I think it's fine at this point.
