These are all pretty lack luster, tbh. Except for the first one. They aren't displaying power, while using a focal that is meant to be in a place of power. The lack of theme here is pretty saddening, as I was looking forward to what was going to come out of it. The focal isn't the definitive part of the piece, just the subject that comes from it. Everything else is meant to position and create the structure of power. If the theme was people in power, I would be more for this. Yet, I think all of these have failed to showcase what the theme of this week is.

The first one actually conceptualizes the idea of the theme, but it falls short on the execution of it. The lighting on the side of the walls is messy and the size of the focal is disproportionate to the background. It has a nice field of view and point of view, which is why the piece works well to display what the idea of power is.

The second one missed on almost every angle. The color of the piece, the atmosphere, there is no proper blending, and it has just become a mess.

The third one is gorgeous, but doesn't show "power". It displays a more willing and confident character, one who is up to the challenge. But that isn't power. That is the ability to fight for what is right. Those are different thematic focuses. Also, watch out for too much blending. The yellow fractal work is too overpowering and takes away from the focal.

Giving my vote to #3. The colors make it incredibly vibrant and the colored lighting on the focal makes it blend brilliantly. That being said, I felt like I needed to look for the focal in order to find it, especially with how sharp the whole thing is. Either way, it stands out from the other two.

#1 fits more with the theme and meets the fundamentals, but I find it kinda boring.

#2 could've been so much better, but it falls flat in so many ways. Thanos would be disappointed.

Voted 1.

The other two couldn't really get my attention but there was something that drew me to the first one. And it felt more, well, powerful.

The second I just kept staring at the gauntlet and for a while couldn't even tell what was supposed to be going on.

And the third I just couldn't keep focused on anything about it so it was hard to get a good impression on it.

Maybe not the best reasoning but it feels right.

There's definitely "cooler" stuff going on with the second two but the first one just seems to be more interesting to me.

Dae said everything that could be said imo but I might as well vote and comment, because no one seems to be pointing out how utterly small the third one is? EIther make the sig bigger or zoom in, because the details get obscured by how zoomed-out it is.

2 is very simple but fails to blur well enough to create a sense of depth, so it just looks shoddy instead.

1 wins by process of elimination but I don't quite feel the sense of power that the prompt implies either.
