Hmm....
Okay, this Deck really shines in 3 things that I haven't seen much of from regular Galaxy players, and I want to commend you on them before I start suggesting changes (one gets more with honey than vinegar, after all)
That being said, I do have some light suggestions of my own.
Photon Advancer... doesn't really deserve praise. It's honestly a terrible card because it only works with your cards that aren't core pieces, as opposed to those like Soldier.
Same for Accellight. The card has to be played right now, but it is hardly a good card in any sense. The NS restriction isn't the big problem, it's that it requires a clear field on top of that. The card is dead very quickly, and it's rare that it comes back online, so it's just not very good.
Folgo is played because it requires 1 MD slot and 1 ED slot in order to get free advantage. That's all there really is to it, he makes your ability to sustain advantage a lot stronger.
Replace 1 Levionia/Galaxy Knight with Guardian of Order/Galaxy Tyranno - this is mostly because Levionia demands 4 resources in the GY-resources one may have issues collecting with this in the hand where another early combo extender can lie in. And getting 2 LIGHT monsters on the field is far easier than getting 4 in the GY for Levionia, not to mention the issues banishing so many cards may have with your other revival tech. Galaxy Zero springs to mind most immediately, properly resolving the Link Summon effect of Sol Flare Dragon comes to mind as well.
Replacing Galaxy Knight, however, is the endgame between this pick and the next, because this is also where the whole Photon Advancer mention I had before comes into play. Reason why I like that, especially over Thrasher, is the same reason I'd prefer Guardian of Order over the Knight-to keep the strategies from clashing with one another-specifically, those cards with Accellight. Second that drops, any Knight/Thrasher in the hand turns into a brick-which is also why I'm not too certain Serpent is gonna be the optimal search option with Soldier either, if the goal is to Normal Summon it. And I slept on Tyranno before myself, but with my other two picks, this can easily lead to a Rank 8 on the opponent's turn-brutal if its something like Titantic Galaxy.
Galaxy Tyranno sucks. I don't want to wait on my opponent for a card that doesn't do anything. There's no sleeping, it
Guardian of Order probably isn't bad, but it requires drawing into, which means you want to run multiple copies of a card that only bricks your hand harder. Levionia can brick, but he also has a much higher power ceiling as well as versatility, and the +1 and +2s that he offers are what sell him. 4 LIGHT or 3 LIGHT/DARK in grave is not difficult.
Knight's not the best card, but it's a pretty key combo piece for T2 plays. Yeah, it's dead in hand T1, but that's why you discard it for Soldier. It's not like you need to hoard it. If we got better, I wouldn't complain, but it's worth running now.
Serpent is the optimal search T1. Having multiple NSs doesn't change the quality of having a 1.5 card way of making needlefiber easily, especially when adding a vanisher to the mix means you get reimbursed.
Replacing Link Spider with Starliege Photon Blast Dragon - honest, if the goal is Folgo, using the other Tuners to Summon from the Deck is best, 'specially since most of them are Zombies or Spellcasters and require less steps for Folgo anyways. I summon Galaxy Serpent with this, wouldn't it more likely go to Needlefiber or Sol Flare Dragon to extend the plays? More to the point, Orbital turns its protection onto itself, the ability of Galaxy to search and Summon Level 4s en masse makes this a cinch in Turn 2.
Mainly the point is to get a Level 8 body on the field to combo with Galaxy Tyranno, which three cards in this archetype can search-and though its Summoning condition is a bit....lacking, shall we say....its ability to make Rank 8s on the opponent's turn cannot be underestimated. Heck, I'dve suggested Life Stream Dragon instead if I had any confidence that Needlefiber would be kept on the field long enough to do so, for the same end (as it is, going into the Borrel Links with the Glow-Up-to-Linkuriboh pipeline seems the better option)
Uh... It's not because you summon it if you start with GUB, in and of itself.
It's because of what Serpent enables. If you have a lone serpent + revival, it allows you to do the combo as intended. If you have a GUB + Vanisher, it allows me to get serpent from deck, drop vanisher, get the search, and then Link Spider. It isn't required at all, but I don't need the ED slot for anything in particular, so covering my bases is kinda worth it to minimize bricks.
Making a R8 during opp's turn means nothing because it would just be better to summon them during your turn.
Blast Dragon just doesn't do anything, and the only level 4s I run don't want to be overlayed, so...
Speaking of which....
Replacing Alsei, the Sylvan High Protector with Number 38: Hope Harbinger Dragon Titanic Galaxy - being able to work on stun at all times is definitely easy for Galaxy to do, and with the Photon Blast/Galaxy Tyranno plays, the opponent can be forced into suboptimal plays to game it out-ones that Sol Flare Dragon is all too happy to make them regret.
Harbinger sucks here. You're not looking to make plain stun boards, you're looking to make boards that reimburse you and also have those capabilities. Going into convoluted memes doesn't fix that.
Not to mention, Harbinger is neither a Photon nor a Galaxy-Eyes, meaning that its name is actually kinda mediocre. It works with Knight and Orbital, but so do better cards.
Alsei fills the niche of being non-destruction removal to help finish games, which means its only real competition is Galaxy-Eyes Cipher Dragon. Both are optional, though.
And finally replacing 1 each of Ash Blossom and Ghost Ogre with Effect Veiler - you'll still have six handtraps between all of them, Effect Velier is far more usable with A), Needlefiber, B) Sol Flare, and C) Linkuriboh to make accessible plays in the Link pool, and its type also affords another change for Folgo that Serpent would otherwise impede. Plus, hitting monster effects on the field is crucial-especially with the monster-heavy playstyles you'll likely be facing.
Let me know if any of my suggestions pass muster-I love seeing this ingenuity in Galaxy, I only wish to help it along further (though, Galaxy Transer does look like it can help Turn 2 more than Photon Blast, so that pick of mine can be taken with an extra grain of salt)
I'm not replacing good handtraps for a mediocre one that is constantly losing its worth.
Veiler is not more usable with Needlefiber, it's jkust as usable as Ogre with Sol Flare, and Linkuriboh is all it has, but that's not an outstanding use anyway, because of how many suboptimal situations i have to go through for that to be relevant.
Hitting monsters on the field is the absolute worst kind of negation, and, even with the tuner status, I would sooner run Infinite Impermanence for not being stuck to such a narrow usage time.
Galaxy Transfer is a 1-of. Further changes are being tested, but Advancer was removed for being shit.
