[spoiler=Ohm the Orchestrator: Info]

LIGHT/Thunder-Type Effect Monster/Level 4/1400 ATK/400 DEF

Lore: If a Thunder monster you control is destroyed by battle and sent to your GY, and you took 1000 or more damage from that battle: You can Special Summon this card from your hand or GY. When you do: All Thunder monsters you control gain 500 ATK/DEF. Each player can only control 1 monster that was Special Summoned from the hand or Extra Deck. You can only Summon "Ohm the Orchestrator(s)" once per turn.

Yes, it's by battle, I know, One-Phase-Too-Late syndrome strikes again but it knocks ALL the stats up and shuts down the Special Summon so I think this play is worth the investment.

Besides, Thunder Stun has been the coin of the realm for ages, and this being Level 4 means TIES HAS ITS OL' SELF A BRAND NEW TARGET

And also yeah, art too bomb. Pity-not-pity that a far more well-put-together game was responsible for this art, tho. Props to Liang Xing, regardless.

Until the next card, folks, reviews, revelry, you get the drill.

BD'S, signing off.

As far as Thunder decks go nowadays, I don't know which ones would be taking heavy damage (idk, maybe with stuff like Watts or something if you want to dip into the stuff that's bad in this generation), but I suppose you can't complain about free summoning. Batterymen probably don't take that much damage nowadays and 'hunders are still going R4 and not really staying on-bard; could be wrong about them, but haven't seen them around, so...

Power boosting is fine and all, though it probably won't do too much otherwise (but no one's complaining about a 2200 ATK Denko or something, well assuming you used Ties while it is out or any other Level 4 because I didn't forget Denko can't be SS'd). I suppose you can consider it as a less gimmicky version of Zap Mustung as far as summoning goes and whatnot with the locking. Though, because this effect is not unlike Rivalry of Warlords or Gozen Match, you will have to add similar wording that requires players to send any other SS'd monsters from hand/ED to the graveyard. Sure, it doesn't stop summoning from the Deck or GY, but given the amount of ED spam nowadays (especially with the apparent Knightmare stuff), yeah, it does what it needs to do. Locking off the Deck/GY as well would amount to Emptiness and we all know that's banned here.

Otherwise, seems fine and could probably see some play in the current meta, though not really seeing it used in general Thunders unless they're capable of sitting on one boss for a while or reviving stuff. I'd need to go check on how a few of them would fare, but no real complaints otherwise.
