A more corrupted version of "Condemned Maiden", which this card single-handedly sets up. I like Maiden's art more, so part of me wishes this wasn't a thing and instead Maiden had been printed with these effects.

Trying to think which Fairies you could surprise the opponent with through the second effect. Star Seraph Scepter to trigger the searching effect? The LIGHT statue?

Oh this is interesting, Forbidden being an Archetype makes sense, sadly I don't expect to see a whole thing from this, but it's still pretty neat regardless. Not sure what the other effect could be used for, I was thinking Counter Fairies, being able to pull out the drawing one for example, but Quick-Play Spells aren't really what they do. Still, a neat thing, and could be useful somewhen.

well, till we get ostinato, it can be a surprise opener to melodious plays. 2 of the best main deck melodious monsters are level 4's who's effects kick when special summoned, (aria's protection is better 1st turn, and soprano's recovery effect should be live on any turn after that) so i guess it'd be a quicker way to assemble the main pieces of the deck. not to mention it gives access to the "forbidden" cards, so you can lance/chalice as needed (though aria would prevent targeting your own monsters).

Huh, the Litmus Doom Swordsman of Fairies is 'ere, outdated but still cool for choice Decks (Though this one is less outdated than the LDS) (lol)

I love it though.

P.S. dat moment when you hear of a card that works wonders with a Special-Summon nullifying Fairy and most of 'em mean

this one...                                                                                                    ....instead of this one

Cloudians will love it.

A little bit of research also turns out Fluffal Dog and Penguin although I'm not experienced with that theme.

Madolche Anjelly

Ra's Disciple

Barrier Statue

A bunch of Melodious monsters.

Counter Fairies

Star Seraphs

some Vylons

a couple Trickstars

and the most important use of it:

Realize I forgot to put a rating for this card here-gonna be important, considering, so...

6.4/10, and I'll be keeping an ear to the ground for the future Level 4 Fairies with this in mind.

Here's my metric, I'll be putting it in my signature going forward.

0- 1.9: never-used, YGOTAS Espa Roba's said all he needs to on cards like this (Zone Eater, Pot of Benevolence, Foolish Revival)

2- 3.9: under-used, terrible but not necessarily worthless, mostly held back by own restrictions (Salamangreat Emerald Eagle, Twister, Radiant Mirror Force)

4- 5.9: border-line, good, but often either held by its or its native archetype's restrictions/not being part of an Archetype/series (Bellcat Fighter, Burial from a D.D., Compulsory Evac)

6- 7.9; well-used: staple in main/side, but not absolutely required, can be over-used in a top tier Deck, or with less restrictions (Beatrice the Eternal Lady, Called by the Grave, Solemn Warning)

8- 9.9: over used: necessity in most/all top decks, could use a limiting/banning in the 9s and above if it doesn't have it already, (Ash Blossom, Monster Reborn, Infinite Impermanence)

10: game-enders, cannot come back in this format, or most any previous format (Yata-Garasu, Delinquent Duo, Last Turn)

The problem with using it in Cloudians is it doesn't speed the deck up. It gives them a bit of extra stun-power and consistency, but it's still incredibly slow, especially when you consider it's not placing Fog Counters. It could be pretty good in a Card of Demise variant though.
