The idea is that your supply is constantly coming back at a slow pace. All cards can do something useful but the deck is constantly trying to decide who does that to make the best of it.

All monsters dump other members when Summoned, and have a bonus if from the hand.
All of them also banish themselves from the GY for a turn to give a bonus.

Art by me xP

Damn, these are crazy good & splashable. Their GY effects may be sluggish but they also provide steady advantage. Plus their on-Normal Summon milling are all-around good. Heck, they can even be used for setting up monsters in the hand into the GY or fixing hands, giving them extra flexibility.

At first I found a bit off that Voidescador isn't Fish, nor Subsirena Sea Serpent, but they are Aqua for the sake of archetype consistency, and that's fine.

Have you considered making them Level2 for possible synergy with Frogs, Nimbles, as well as making Toadallys?

I think this isn't the first or even the second time you've suggested something I make be changed to work with Toadally Awesome xD

I probably could, but I'd have to slide everything down in power accordingly, with 1400 max so I'd also have to alter the boost of the whale to keep it around Blue-Eyes level as a beater.

You are correct. IIRC I also suggested if for your axolotl. What can I say? Toadally is just that good :v

I don't think you would have to adjust the ATK boosts. Level 2s can be strong too, you know?

Digitron (a Cyberse vanilla) is the strongest Level 2 monster in the game at 1500 ATK.

Behind it Magna Drago and Atlantean Pikeman with 1400 ATK.

Psy-Framegear Epsilon too, but as a nomi. And Chemicritter Hydron Hawk as a Gemini.

8-Claws Scorpion could make itself 2400 by its effect if it attacks a set monster. Though otherwise it's at 300.

If I were to make them Level 2, I'd have to bring them down to standard. They'd be along the lines of the following:

Lambellen = 1500

Deepolpo = 1400

Benearvalo = 1300

Subsirena = 1200

Voidescador = 1100

Doomedusa = 1000
