Continuous Trap Card

 

(1) If there is a “Gravekeeper’s” monster or “Necrovalley” on the field, all monsters your opponent controls lose 500 ATK/DEF.
(2) During either player’s Main Phase, if you do not control a card in your Field Zone: You can activate 1 “Necrovalley” from your hand or Graveyard.
(3) If this card is destroyed by your opponent’s card effect and sent to the GY: You can Set 1 “Necrovalley” Spell/Trap from your Deck, except “Necrovalley”.

or it will just be dealt with by methods other than destruction

 

Which most Duelists either export to the Extra Deck, that will be harder to pump out without the GY to properly help them (good luck, ABCs) or will be too busy getting past the hurdles of not being able to use their GY to reliably pull out of the Deck.

assuming most decks can't summon teisbaena under necrovalley is just silly.

 

Plus, you know, Galaxy Cyclone.

finally, our great saviors; a Link 3 that requires extra Summon extension to work and two, minimum, Effect Monsters to field (again, good luck without your Jet Synchrons, Linkuribohs and Kagari retrievals) and NOT get smoked on arrival and an unsearchable Quick-Play Spell. 

 

If Teisbaena's outing this is silly, whats assuming Sanctuary and this are the only things you'll likely be dealing with considered?
