So with the arrival of Necro Fusion's Fusion Style HERO's have received the added boost of a surprise element where the deck has been updated accordingly with the new card.

I have switched my Fusions and Links around to fit Vision HERO Trinity and Adoration in avoiding taking out Utopia and THE LIGHTING as Lighting still can help out in tight pinches in this deck.

In regards to Links I have added World Legacy Succession which can help not only ladder my links but also work around both Fusion and Xyz set ups as well.

In addition to this I have also switched Ocean for Bubbleman in terms of the effective use in Bubblemans special summoning effect which can be used to extend on Link plays as well as it still being the WATER HERO for Absolute Zero

Lastly the Reason for Warrior Returning Alive is that with Necro Fusion banishing from the grave it would have some constancy issues when running along side Fusion recovery where T.W.R.A. can help recycle cards like Bubbleman and Solidman in order to extend on plays and even with bubbleman while you have nothing else left help get you some extra cards.

Putting aside your thing of 2 copies of every card in the Main Deck, and 1 in the Extra Deck, IMO there are still a couple of improvements you can make.

For instance, the defense: pretty sure Traps like the Mirror Forces and Trap Holes are not as effective as they used to be. You could very well replace them with hand Traps, Infinite Transience or Called by the Grave. Necro Fusion should be fine, though.

The monster line-up can be changed too. I don't know what the Rainbow Kuriboh are doing here and I guess Avian is.... for surprise Tornados during the opponent's turn with Necro Fusion? if so, he doesn't seem worth it. Meanwhile, from my little experience with Bahamut HEROes, Bubbleman doesn't like too many monsters in the main deck or it can easily become dead in your hand, and 16 monsters is too many.

You could very well drop those for some of aforementioned (hand) traps. That, or give it a shot to Malicious, which can do wonders and, well, it's also a HERO albeit a Destiny one. A problem I see is that Malicious likes to be at 3, and you are not cool with that. In fact, putting more Destiny HEROes like Diamond Dude and adding some Destiny Draws could help the deck, not to mention Dude can send stuff like Legacy of HERO to the GY so you get the card draws skipping its condition, but IDK if you are cool with adding Destiny HEROes in your Jaden deck. Although I see Decode Talker there, so I assume you aren't going for full flavor.

If you are going for Rank4s frequently, I suggest you to consider Tornado Dragon in your line-up.
