You can only activate 1 "Mystical Time Typhoon" per turn. Literally only made this cuz of the unfunny old joke that "MST negates" Basically it's hard OPT negation of a spell / trap and doubles as removal. I think it outclasses Cosmic in a way which tbf I was never a fan of that card. Though I am aware that it is considered "good" spell/trap removal so I am a bit hesitant. I wouldn't say it outclasses Cosmic Cyclone, since one of its advantages is not triggering floating effects of the Spell/Traps, or making them more difficult to retrieve by banishing them. I wonder if it would be too good if it didn't destroy, and merely negated the effect, although that would practically make it a Counter for Spell/Traps that you can activate from your hand during your turn, at the cost of becoming spell speed 2.
