While you control no Monsters: you can Special Summon this card from your hand. While you control another Monster: this card cannot be targeted for an attack. Increase the ATK of all Monsters you control equal their the Level/Rank x 200. This card cannot be used as a Link Material for a Link Summon.

So Star Warrior is a Level 1 Monster that can summon itself while you control no Monsters, prevent itself from being attacked if you control another Monster and finally give all of your Monsters with Level/Ranks a 100 boost times by their Level/Rank. In regards to this I balanced it out by making it so it cannot be used as a Link Material itself while having all of its other abilities including being able to summon itself.

 

In warrior decks that can search this with ROTA, it can provide a boost to the decks as a power boosting card while not worrying about it being attacked with your other monsters on the field.

Tbh the Link Material thing isn't even a problem. Although the Special Summon from the hand has no hard once per turn, Link Summoning will still give you monsters, and there are much more annoying cards you can use in this case than this. The ATK boost is minimal, and while the targeting protection is alright, the aforementioned boost has no effect on Links, is pretty meh with Xyzs, and requires dedicated deck-building to get even to 1000. Why would I search this with RotA when in any given Deck there will be a Warrior that can provide immediate advantage?

I have modified it slightly so it gives a 200 boost per level/rank which was what I was originally going to give it but field would be too much where if you were playing this in multiples for the ATK Boost gain.
