If this is the case, then it's probably likely that your account was one of several who got hacked at the start of the year and lost any saved cards. One you're using now is from 2016, in which case, we don't have an idea of what could've happened. If they were all on THIS account and just happened recently, then probably the cardmaker glitching for certain members.
