More HERO support to go with my earlier support. Some stuff for Neo-Spacian's, as well as a couple of cards that are meant to be retrains of earlier stuff. Enjoy!

Monsters

Neo-Spacian Metachrysalis         Aqua/WATER/Fusion/LV 3           ATK 700 / DEF 600

2 “Chrysalis” monsters with different original names

Must first be Fusion Summoned or Special Summoned by banishing the above monsters (one from your field and one from your GY). You can send a “Neo-Spacian” monster from your hand or Deck to the GY; this card’s name becomes the sent monster’s name until the end of the turn. If a monster is sent from your hand to the GY you can target another monster you control; its name becomes “Elemental Hero Neos” until the end of the turn. You can only activate each effect of “Neo-Spacian Metachrysalis” once per turn.

Spells

Hero’s Sidekick                                 Quick-Play

Target a HERO monster you control, then target a HERO monster in your GY at least 2 levels lower than the first targeted monster; Special Summon it, and if you do, both targeted monsters gain ATK equal to the level of the second target x 200.

Space Egg                                            Normal

Add a “Chrysalis” monster or Spell/Trap card that mentions “Chrysalis” monstersitsit’s card text, other than “Space Egg”, from your Deck to your hand. If you control “Neo Space” you can Special Summon the monster instead. You can banish this card from your GY while you control a “Chrysalis” or “Neo-Spacian” monster; draw a card. You can only activate 1 effect of “Space Egg” per turn and only once per turn.

Hero Costume                                   Normal

Target 1 face-up monster you control; send 1 "Elemental HERO" monster from your Extra Deck to the Graveyard, and if you do, that target's name becomes the sent monster's name, until the End Phase.

Traps

A Hero Lives Again!                        Normal

Tribute a monster and pay half your LP; Special Summon 1 Level 6 or lower "Elemental HERO" Fusion monster from your Extra Deck or GY (this is treated as a Fusion Summon). If the opponent declares an attack, you can banish this card from your GY to target a HERO monster you control; it becomes the attack target.

Elemental Overcharge                   Normal

Target an Elemental HERO monster you control; it gains 1000 ATK for each face-up "Elemental HERO" monster you control, also your other monsters may not attack this turn. During the End Phase of this turn, destroy that monster.

Metachrysalis: Card is technically fine for Neo-Spacians to an extent, considering it does alleviate the need to actually SUMMON said Neo-Spacians or Neos in conjunction with its effects. Only gripe here is that it does require you to actually run the Chrysalis monsters and use your EMZ, plus get ANOTHER monster out to turn into Neos for the turn.

We can only hope Nebula Neos isn't name specific, so you can at least use this to summon it, but we gotta wait and see.

Hero Sidekick: As far as HEROs currently go at the moment, this is mostly reviving only the Level 4s that are still seeing usage and assuming you already summoned a Fusion or something (barring Neos). IDK, might work better in Destiny HERO or something, but we'll have to see.

(Also yeah, you gotta write Level out, not LV because that is a separate Deck.)

Space Egg: Issue here is that all of the current S/T that fit the requirements are all bad in this era (or weren't that great to begin with) and neither are the Chrysalis monsters themselves. At least it's nice enough to summon one of them so you can use Contact on it or something, or fulfill half of the summon requirement for Metachrysalis.

I do think you can just make both effects hard OPT because as-is, Neo-Spacians really struggle to do anything even at a casual level and they can appreciate the card draw. If that effect was for another archetype, then yeah, strict would be needed. Here, it isn't necessary.

Hero Costume: Most this ends up doing is just make Shining Flare / Phoenix Enforcer easier to summon without having to actually summon their base forms, but that's it.  But then again, neither are doing anything rash at the moment so making them easier to access won't kill the game. This one should be fine.

A Hero Lives Again: This one's fine; mostly because you need some incentive to run any of the Fusions in this category and well, Nomi status on them was a dumb idea. But question is, which of the Level 5 and 6 Fusions are you bothering to summon with this? Gaia is probably the best one at the moment, followed by probably Thunder Giant (idk). Would be nice if it could recover Dark Law too, but...it's not an Elemental HERO and gotta be summoned by Mask Fusion otherwise. GY effect is alright, though it would require you to get Shining Flare out so you can punch it hard and burn, or pump up something via the other Trap.

Being a Trap Card still sucks though if you noticed by now.

Overcharge: This really should've been a Spell Card, because being removal bait isn't helping its case. If you can actively amass "Elemental HERO" monsters, then sure, go for the kill and stuff. But nowadays, you're not running the whole archetype outside the good ones and those are usually being Mask Change targets or R4 / LK-2 food.

Given how saturated the HERO deck is already (and well, the class that Jaden uses in the anime being inconsistent as heck as it is), the support here doesn't really do much to make their existing stuff worth running. It gives some of the old stuff like Shining Flare a bit more life, but that's it.

Neo-Spacian stuff helps them a little bit, but doesn't change the fact that they're bad at the moment (not taking into consideration that thing with Dolphin at the moment; I gotta look at what actually happened with him).

Thing with Dolphan? What thing?

Apparently it got used in the WC qualifiers (albeit as some tech card in Goukis or something; idk). There's a few videos you can watch about it on YT, I suppose.

With Neo-Spacians, like I already mentioned, even if you give them new toys to play with, it still doesn't change the fact their members aren't great right now (even Mole's apparently outclassed nowadays despite having a relatively good effect for his time) and Neos still has his own problems. It's nice that you're giving them more avenues to go into, though you could probably make them a Link of their own that can try to address the other shortcomings.
