BatMed
I made the art <3You can only activate 1 "Dragonic Binding Magic" per turn. Activate both of these effects and resolve in sequence.● You can discard 1 Spell/Trap; Special Summon 1 "Dark Magician" from your Deck, or GY.● If you control a Spellcaster monster: You can add 1 "The Eye of Timaeus" from your Deck or GY to your hand. I don't know to which extent this might push DM.dek, but I believe it's good enough to make them competitive since all what they needed was a consistent (by consistent I mean searchable with Rod) way to search The Eyes of Timaeus. Also it brings out DM from your Deck with ease, since the Deck plays a ton of Spells (unless you prefer using "Dark Magic Curtain").Also I tried to make the wording in a way to imply that you don't have to use both effects! (in case that wan't the case, please help me!) Thoughts?

Armoire
I really like this!I feel like it would definitely be good enough to push them into the competitive scene. Dark Magicians have some really nice support already and Dark Magician the Dragon Knight + Eternal Soul is a pretty powerful combination. One of the big reasons that they're not competitive is because Timaeus isn't very searchable and it takes a while to get both cards on the field. And this card addresses that nicely, especially being a quick-play spell. I think it's good the way it is, but if I could change something about it, it would be to let you SS Dark Magician from the hand. Also, a last optional effect that lets you activate the Eye of Timaeus from you hand would be a good addition to take advantage of the quick-play property it has. Something like:● If you control a Spellcaster monster: You can activate 1 "The Eye of Timaeus" from your hand. Also, nice art as usual.
