You have a lot of interesting elements in the tag, but it feels like some of the complexity you've built is not all intentional or is ... lacking commitment? I think this is because a lot of the shapes you have overlap each other but at partial opacity (for example the maple leaves and circles/textures) so some shapes are hard to read immediately. You also have a white X of which I wasn't really sure I understood the purpose and does not appear to match the rest of the elements or colors. Felt similarly with the rectangular section on the right. Keep improving the execution, and I think you could end up with something really cool and unique.
