Monsters you control gain the following effects depending on their ATK.

* 1500 ATK or greater: This card cannot be destroyed by battle.

* 2000 ATK or greater: This card cannot be destroyed by card effects.

* 2500 ATK or greater: This card cannot be targeted by card effects.

* 3000 ATK or greater: This card cannot be banished or returned to the hand.

* 4000 ATK or greater: This card is unaffected by your opponents card effects.

 

So Endurance Power is a card that grants defensive effects based on a Monsters ATK where if they hit 4000 or greater they have full immunity to your opponents effects.

 

In battle focused decks like Gladiator Beast this card can be handy for enabling to combat the opponent and play off your own monsters effects while this sets up your defences.
