So Neos X is designed to be the inbetweener of Neos Alius and Neos where its a Level 4 with 2000 ATK and 1500 DEF but is balanced by not being able to be Normal Summoned or set where you have to either control no monsters or HERO/Neo-Spacian Monsters in order to summon this.

 

In HERO Decks this card will help in setting up both Neo-Spacian Fusions and Link Summons for the Xtra HERO/Warrior Link Monsters and as a Level 4 can help build Rank 4 Xyz Monsters.
