Crowning of the New King
[Normal Spell]

Target 1 face-up monster you control; it is unaffected by your opponent's card effects. When it leaves the field, your opponent wins the Duel.

Only two real problems I see, with the first being the potential inherent protection your monster could have. Putting it on a monster of yours that cannot be destroyed by battle and/or cannot be Tributed is asking for trouble. The new Quintet Magician springs to mind, with such high stats virtually only UTL is getting over it, however, I can think of one that is even more of a problem; Eater of Millions. Doesn't deal with multiple monsters with its effect, true, but if you get up its ATK high enough, with this card, there's nothing your opponent can do to deal with it, considering its not only protection from Tributing but being used as a Material as well. RIP Super Poly in the OCG, amirite? Even without the Tributing protection, if you have a high enough ATK/deal with battle as well, you only really have decks with Kaijus, Diabolos and Predaplant to worry about.

Second problem is CREATURE SWAP. Or anything similar, like Vampire Red Baron. Perhaps protection from all other card effects might deal with it, or, if you still want to be able to play with whatever monster you've Summoned, perhaps "When it leaves your side of the field?".

Complaints aside, I like how this card doesn't overwrite your normal win condition. You still have battle damage, burn and mill to deal with even with this additional monster. You take a risk, and it certainly can pay off...unfortunately a bit too much in this case.

Dova already mentioned this, but yeah, even with the blanket immunity to the opponent's effects, you still have Kaijus and other effects that let you Tribute the other player's monsters to bypass that. Creature Swap does exist, but who exactly is running Swap nowadays? Granted, the existence of big boss monsters does make the protection effect somewhat worrisome, but that's on the monster(s) in question for having the types of effects they do and stats [and in hindsight, you'd be buffing your big bosses anyway].

If anything, Kaijus are probably the major thing you have to deal with at the moment, and well, losing a Duel because you got Kaiju'd is pretty embarrassing.

Blanket immunity to all other effects could be nice too, though outside maybe boosting stuff, what exactly are you using that would be detrimental to not have protection from?

Other than that, card is generally fine for the most part; outside of the insta-lose thing should said monster get killed in battle or be Tributed / used as ED material, etc).
