Planetary Alligner
LIGHT
Level 3
[spellcaster/Tuner/Effect]
ATK/ 900 DEF/ 1200

(Quick Effect): Target 1 other card on the field; move as many cards on the field as possible to respective, unoccupied Main Monster Zones and Spell & Trap Zones in that card's column. This card gains 400 ATK and DEF for each other card in this card's column.

As much as I want to say this could be used in some gimmicky Mekk-Knight stuff (well, because of their column-oriented thing), I doubt they have the space for it; even with lack of OPT. Then again, most you're probably doing is getting the opponent to set up most of the time (and I suppose screw over Linked Zones to an extent). Besides that, only other use for you is probably just move a Link Monster with horizontal arrows to somewhere its arrows will be of some use (or ED monsters in general).

Card should be workable in its current state, but does require some setup on both ends,

Has some room for improvement. You can start by Making it a Tuner, so Needlefiber can grab it, and although its effect will be negated for the turn, it will become live during the opponent's, ready to disrupt.

As Sakura pointed out, it can be funny in Mekk-Knights. Making it a Tuner would further make it easier to splash in Mekk-Knights due to Needlefiber.

Another thing you can improve is letting it choose a column instead. That would make the effect more flexible by allowing it to choose an empty column and move as many cards as possible into it, instead of relying on a card being in that column.

Yeah I can opt for that... Made it into a Tuner for extensive measures and general practicality.
