If this card would be destroyed while equipped with an Equip Spell Card(s), you can send 1 of those cards to the GY instead. So Power Tool Dragon is a classic 5D's era Synchro Monsters where I seen it getting play in a Junk Speeder Deck where its being teched to search D.D.R. and Living Fossil to extend on making Triple Omega. So the cards this can search D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation can revive a banished monster while equipping this card to it where this can work with Destiny HERO Malicious and its effect along with any other Monster that you need to banish while Living Fossil can get you a Monster from your graveyard to further extend your plays. With this video the best example of how Power Tool Dragon can be used gives it potential to make a comeback in Junk Speeder Decks. If you have access to Grepher you can extra link. Send destrudo from deck and make power tool, use his effect then overlay nessie and power tool for Galaxy Tomahawk and proceed to dick ball your opponent.
