Dragon / Link / Effect

2+ "Lightsworn" monsters with different names

If 2 or more cards would be sent from the top of your Deck to the GY by a card effect, you can send 1 card from your Deck to the GY instead. You can only use this effect of "Sacrament Judgement Dragon" once per turn. Once per turn, if this card was Link Summoned and you have 4 or more "Lightsowrn" monsters with different names in your GY: You can pay LP in multiples of 500; destroy cards on the field for every 500 LP paid to activate this effect. Once per turn, during the End Phase; You can return up to 4 banished cards to the GY. You can only Special Summon "Sacrament Judgment Dragon" once per turn.

ATK / 3000  LINK-4

I am starting a series of different Extra Deck versions of JD (I am going to revamp the Synchro as a LS kinda exclusive as well). Inspired as an evolution of Curious, this give the deck selective milling capabilities. Some sort of nuke was obvious and since the synchro banishes, OG mills, this reutnrs banished cards. Fusion and Xyz versions should do different things with 4 cards too.

this card be 2 stronk boi

Firstly, positive aspects. Last effect is simple, but neat, as this card synergizes amazingly well with Twilightsworn. Nuke is cool, better generic version of Judgement Dragon, and restricted by the the Link Summon so its not so easy to just revive with it REBORN THE MONSTER. Might still be a little too oomph for that, even with the double nuke = Judgement Dragon's 1000 LP cost. The 4 LS in GY is barely a restriction at all, as you need 3 to Summon Curious, with Curious itself acting as the 4th regardless of what else you use for the material.

First effect needs some sort of restriction. I understand it's meant to combo with having multiple Lightsworns during the End Phase, and whatever other effects you manage to pull off...but it does it too well. It extends Curious' foolish to be point of basically just choosing how your Deck is ordered, but goes far beyond in that in this case. I don't just want to slap on a simple once per turn though...maybe tie it into the number of cards that would be milled in that instance?

To be fair the first effect was intended to be a hard OPT, I totallly missed when I was making the final cuts for the effects, I changed also to make it so 2 or more cards will need to be milled for the exchange of precise milling, in LS it means nothing but its a start, summoning this card with or without curious means you poped off and at that point what else could you mill that doesnt translate in overextension. I am open to suggestion, also didnt understand very well what you ment with tie it to the number of cards.

Perhaps make it so that when...let's say, Raiden does his mill effect, instead of him sending the top 3, you can send 3 monsters from your Deck to the GY?

If up to 4 card(s) would be sent from the top of your Deck to your GY by a card effect, you can send an equal number of cards from your Deck to the GY instead. You can only use...

I think that might work (up to 3 so it works with most Lightsworns while not breaking with mass mills) Could still be a bit strong though; might be good to have an outside opinion on it.

The effect (right now) trades any mill (from 2 or higher) to a single dump. In your same example you use raiden and instead of 2 mills you get 1 (of any card), this will be regardless of the potential mill the effect can do. Im not sure if I am missing something but as it is now sounds a little more balanced. And as I pointed out above, having this should mean that Lightsowrns poped off and there shouldnt be many cards left to mill (either because the important mills already happened or decking out). That effect can be used to slow down that potential deck out, which shouldnt happen if you play coreectly but its there as a fail safe too.
