When a LIGHT Dragon monster you control destroys a monster as a result of battle, you can target 1 card on your opponents side of the field, destroy the targeted card, then, if the destroyed card was a monster: inflict damage to your opponent equal to halve of the destroyed monsters original ATK. (Quick Effect): you can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 Level 8 "Blue-Eyes" monster from your hand or GY to your side of the field. You can only activate each effect of "Blue-Eyes White Draco Knight" once per turn.

So Draco Knight acts as support for both Blue-Eyes and LIGHT Dragon Monsters as its first effect when a LIGHT Dragon destroys a monster by battle allows you to destroy an additional card on your opponents field where if its a monster it deals additional effect damage. Then it can be banished from the grave to get a Level 8 Blue-Eyes from hand or grave to the field which can help in cases like trying to get Blue-Eyes Solid Dragon and the original Blue-Eyes on the field.

In Blue-Eyes Decks this card while not only give them a strong Level 4 monster but also work well in combination of summoning this with a Blue-Eyes Alternative Dragon, plus with the Eyes of Blue Tuners also gives them a means to making Level 5 Synchro Monsters.

I like it, allows for a samsara set up, combined with another non dragon Lord's way to revive alternative

Just a heads-up that you're under the minimum word requirement for this section as far as replies go (standard is 40 words, you're at 19). So yeah, write a bit more in the future.

As for this card though, it does what it needs to, but just because the card enables them to go make Synchro 5s with "Eyes of Blue" stuff doesn't mean they should be doing that over making 9s like Spirit Dragon (or Azure-Eyes). Samsara is a good Level 5 Synchro target, yes, but you're making it off this card only right now on a regular basis. The revival effect is fine for getting back Alternative and Spirit of White if you need to (as there's zero reason to run Solid Dragon). If all else fails, at least you get a Normal Summonable monster to sit on as they currently still brick with having only high Levels to go into besides the Tuners most of the time.
