If this card is sent to the GY: You can banish this card from the GY; add 1 Level 5 or higher Zombie monster from your Deck to your hand. If “Zombie World” is in a Field Zone, you can Special Summon it instead of adding it to the hand. After this effect is activated, for the rest of the turn, you cannot Special Summon monsters, except Zombie monsters. You can only activate this effect of "Grow-up Bloom" once per turn.

Okay so a new Zombie Tuner that banishes itself to bring a Level 5 or higher Zombie from your deck to your hand or if you control Zombie World to the field which is interesting, plus its based of the classic Tuner Grow-Up Bulb.

Bummer, from the thread name I was expecting support for Glow-Up Bulb, or perhaps a first step towards making an archetype out of it.

 

Level 5+ Zombies, huh. I can only think of Il Blud as a good target, also that Level 5 Zombie that  revives a Zombie when it is Normal Summoned, Astra Ghouls.

I was thinking the same, in a control build (domination) this can help you search Fraulein as a backup. Id still rather use OG Glow up bulb though.

Holy mediocre card Batman

I saw Glow-up, got excited. Saw it was a zombie, got more excited.

Instead I learned it’s... Meh. On the bright side, it’s a level 1 0/0 Tuner, but it’s generically worse than Scapeghost, while not being great unless you build around Zombie World... which has yet to actually be incentivized. Summoning clunky things from deck doesn’t change that.

For what it is worth it is a Solitaire target, and it can easily hit the grave as Linkuriboh fodder to trigger the effect... And Gozuki, and Uni-zombie can dump it. So it is pretty versatile in terms of pulling off his effect at the moment.

 

Not a whole lot of exciting targets for it to get though aside from the Vampires, Endless Decay, Kasha, Il Blud, and Drochshuile (although Drochshuile is fine with being in the GY to so it is kind of whatever, I know)

A Level 1, Zombie Tuner, which tutors the Spirit King Drochshuile under Zombie World, while (unlike milling that right away) being protected against called by the grave.

So One for One has a solid Zombie target, which can be used for Needlefiber.

Not to mention it fuels the regeneration of the "Necroid Shaman"-type of trap card, so you can interrupt twice with it.

Sounds alright, in the worst case you should be able to search Vampire Fräulein, which is a solid card.
