Started playing Monarchs not too long ago and thought it might be fun to come up with my own support cards for the archetype. So, this thread will contain just that. (All cards will use images from other cards, but effects will be unique.)

Monarchs Uprising Card Set 2018

Name: Judgement of the Monarchs

Card Type: Continuous Spell Card

Effect: If you do not control a face-up, Tribute Summoned Monster with 2400 or more ATK and 1000 DEF: Destroy this face-up card. Once per turn, during either player's turn: When your opponent activates a Spell Card, Trap Card or Effect Monster's effect; you can send the top card of your Deck to the GY to negate the activation of that opponent's Spell Card, Trap Card or Effect Monster's effect and destroy it.

Judgement of the Monarchs: Negates the first play your opponent tries to pull on you each turn if you're willing to mill 1 card from the top of your Deck. Can be searched via Pantheism, etc.

Downsides: (1) Is destroyed if you do not control a face-up, Tribute Summoned Monster with 2400 or more ATK and 1000 DEF. (2) Can only be used once each turn. (3) Requires you to mill the top card of your Deck to activate it's effect each turn.

Name: Aible, the Mist Monarch

Card Type: Level 8 Effect Monster (Water/Thunder)

Effect: You can Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 Tribute Summoned Monster. When this card is Tribute Summoned: Return all Set cards on the Field to their respective owner's hands. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation. When this card is sent to the GY; target 1 Set card on the Field: Destroy it.

Aible, the Mist Monarch: Returns all Set cards on the Field to the hand when Tribute Summoned, and this effect cannot be negated by any of those Set cards. When it's sent to the GY, it destroys 1 Set card on the Field.

Downsides: (1) When sent to the GY, it MUST destroy a Set card on the Field, which could end up being yours.

monarch_reincarnation.jpg

Name: Monarch Reincarnation

Card Type: Equip Spell Card

Effect: Target 1 Monster on your side of the field and 1 Monster in your GY with 2400 ATK and 1000 DEF: Send the first target to the GY and Special Summon the second target to your side of the field in face-up Attack Position and equip it with this card (this Special Summon is treated as a Tribute Summon). When this card leaves the field: Banish the Monster it was equipped to.

Monarch Reincarnation: The ability to Tribute Summon a Monarch from your GY for your turn, by sending a Monster you control to the GY. The obvious gain here over COTH or Monster Reborn, being you get the Monarch's effect that triggers when it's Tribute Summoned. Searchable via Pantheism, etc.

Downsides: (1) Counts as your 1 Tribute Summon for the turn. (2) If this card leaves the field, the Monster it was equipped to is banished rather than sent back to the GY.

wrath_of_the_monarchs.jpg

Name: Wrath of the Monarchs

Card Type: Continuous Trap Card

Effect: Monsters you control with 2400 or more ATK and 1000 DEF are unaffected by other Trap Card effects. Destroy this face-up card if you do not control a Tribute Summoned Monster.

Wrath of the Monarchs: Protects your Tribute Summoned Monarchs from Trap effects. Searchable via Pantheism, etc.

Downside: (1) Is destroyed if you do not control a Tribute Summoned Monster.
