Compulsory Expulsion Device

Trap Card

Discard 1 card, then target up to 2 monsters your opponent controls; shuffle the targeted cards in to the Deck. You cannot attack your opponent directly during the turn this card is activated.

 

So Expulsion acts similar to how we got Twin Twister as a upgrade to MST where Expulsion Device also shuffles the targeted monsters you removed from the field into the deck (or Extra Deck for Fusion, Synchro, Xyz and Link Monsters) where its balanced by preventing you from being able to have your monsters attack your opponent directly that turn.

 

In any deck this card can effectively be used to disrupt your opponents plays involving multiple monsters and then shuffle them into the deck so that they are left with little resources.
