This card is treated as "Elemental HERO Neos" while on the field or in the GY. When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap card while you control a "HERO" monster (Quick Effect): you can discard this card from your hand; negate the activation of that card and destroy it. You can only activate this effect of "Elemental HERO Neos Alter" once per turn.

Xtra HERO Doppler Driver

While the only monsters you control are Level 4 "HERO" monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. You can only Special Summon "Xtra HERO Doppler Driver" this way once per turn. When this card is used as a Fusion or Link Material for a summon of a "HERO" monster, increase your LP equal to the original ATK of the summoned monster that used this card as Fusion or Link Material. You can only activate this effect of "Xtra HERO Doppler Driver" once per turn.

So for HERO's Neos Alter acts as protection for HERO's against Spell and Traps where if your opponent activates one while you control a HERO you can discard this in order to negate the cards activation and destroy it where in addition it plays similer to Neos Alius in terms of stats and its effect to treat itself as Elemental HERO Neos.

 

Next Doppler Driver is a HERO that works with the Level 4 HERO's where it can summon itself if the only HERO's you control are Level 4 and if used to summon a HERO Fusion or Link it grants you life equal to the ATK of the summoned monster.

 

In HERO's these 2 cards would be handy support in both protection, offence and setting up your field.
