Link monsters you control gain 300 ATK for each Link monster that monster is Co-Linked to. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 face-up card on the field; Tribute 1 monster Co-Linked with this card, and if you do, negate the effects of that target until the end of the phase. You can only control 1 "Cryox Dragon".

Just because there are no Dragon Links with up and two side arrows and it began bugging me.

I don't understand the first effect. It says "each monster is it co-linked to", but which monster? Cryox Dragon, the respective Link Monster? For example, if other 2 monsters are co-Linked, would they gain 500 ATK each?

The latter. If Knightmare Mermaid was co-linked with Cerberus and this was also on the field, Mermaid and Cerberus would get a boost.

 

Changed the wording a little and lowered the boost to 300 (because a blanket +1000 for each Co-Link is excessive). Also raised the monster's base ATK.

I see. With that cleared up, IMO this looks good. It's pretty much an alternative to Decode Talker without outclassing it since, while the effect is stronger, it requires specifically a co-Link to be live, also the materials are slightly less generic.
