EDIT:08/11/18 UPDATED! We have stats, and updated effects!

Obnoxious Gemini Elf
Level 4
EARTH/Spellcaster/Gemini/Effect

ATK/1900 / DEF/900

This card is treated as a Normal Monster while face-up on the field or in the GY. While this card is a Normal Monster on the field, you can Normal Summon it to have it become an Effect Monster with these effects.

● When a Gemini Monster is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Gemini Monster from your hand or GY with an equal Level.

● The first time each Gemini Monster you control would be destroyed (by battle or card effect) each turn, it is not destroyed.

Gemini Star Chart
Continuous Spell
When this card is activated: Add 1 Gemini Monster from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn: You can banish 1 Gemini Monster from your Deck; Immediately after this effect resolves, Normal Summon 1 Gemini Monster. You can only activate this effect of "Gemini Calling" once per turn.

Gemiknight Prominence
Normal Trap
When a Gemini Monster(s) you control is destroyed: Draw 1 card for each monster destroyed, then Special Summon 1 Gemini Monster from your Deck, and if you do, it becomes an Effect Monster, and gains its effects.

Delinquent Gemini
DARK/Fiend/Link/Effect (D)
ATK/1000 / LINK-1

1 Gemini Monster
When a Gemini Monster is Normal Summoned: Your opponent discards 1 random card from their hand, and if they have any other cards in their hand, draw 1 card. You can only activate this effect of "Delinquent Gemini" once per turn. You can only activate this effect of "Delinquent Gemini" once per turn.

Final Gemiknight
LIGHT/Warrior/Link/Effect (D, R)
ATK/2200 / LINK-2
2 monsters, including 1 Gemini Monster
All Gemini Monsters that are treated as Effect Monsters gain 1000 ATK/DEF. Once per turn (Quick Effect): Immediately after this effect resolves, you can Normal Summon 1 Gemini Monster. You can only activate this effect of "Final Gemiknight" once per turn. You can Tribute this card and 1 Gemini Monster this card points to: Special Summon 1 "Superalloy Beast Raptinus" from your Extra Deck. (This is treated as a Fusion Summon).

I kinda struggled here. Gemini have had Gigaplant, Supervise, and Neos Alius beatdown, but not an actual deck. (Edit: I was wrong, oops!) These seemed like generic enough support that could give Gemini some use.

You're missing ATK/DEF on all of your monsters! D: Also, you mention how Geminis don't have an actual Deck, but you forget that Chemicritters are a thing. A really neat thing too, if only they had a bit more powerful. Let's see how these shape up in that department!

Gemini Elf, despite being a nice flavourful card, is too slow to be much use. I reckon it could get away with a second effect as well, being a sort of double Gemini as it were. Something small, that is. Both Star Chat (was it meant to be Chant?) and Delinquent are useful, but a little too generic and limiting for further expansion. Generic both in their wide range for the power they do have, and in how bland they are. Not really your fault, but since quite a few people have wanted Geminis to work, all support rather boils down the same thing. Perhaps the milling on Star could be reworked into something else, as having them in the GY where they are Normal Monsters and easy targets for revival is not so much a cost a real boon to them.

I like your Gemiknight theme, although Gemknight does exist and have its own Geminis, so I was a bit confused for a while :P Still, both effects are lot more of their own thing than the aforementioned cards. Don't know about how easily your Link 2 brings out the Fusion, despite how useful it is...perhaps give it another cost/condition?

UPDATED! Wow that's two posts in a row :( I'm gonna stop posting at 4am on my end. So sorry. ATK is updated.

It's funny, I did forget about the Chemicritters, even though I was looking to see if any of them were useful in a Gemini Red-Eyes hybrid (the answer is no, not really). Chemicretters could have been really cool, I agree, but sadly here we are :(

Funnily enough Gemini Elf used to have Delinquent Geminis effect! It was then changed to a double attacker, and overall removed because it looked awfully cloggy :P I figured giving Gemini monsters a chance to stick around would provide enough of a problem, especially when you get the chance to provide more Geminis on the field.

Looking at these cards with fresher eyes I do agree, they don't have much flavor at all. Looking now, how about turning Delinquent into, like, a DMCircle, but for discarding from the opponent's (Hard OPT)? Would be a nice throw back to Delinquent Duo/Gemini Imps (of which this would be based). Sure that's a terrible effect in this format (thanks Danger) but overall a bit niche?

I could rework Chart (yeah, typo, my bad again) to instead of sending (for the additional hand that is the GY) to banishing? Thins the deck but makes the card sent much less accessible.

I think the effects for "Star Chart" are the "generic" that the deck needs, just need to update it to have a stronger cost, and then just add some flavor to the monsters.

Final Gemiknight (yeah, I see it now) has been updated to almost be like a Contact Fusion, and require to also Tribute a Gemini it points to. I think the 2 for 1 concept balances with Summoning a Fusion a lot better, no?

Gemiknight was a VERY quick "We need a boss name for these", but not intending to start a series/archetype. Gemiknight / Gem-Knight could be like the Cosmo/Kozmo or Hero/HERO thing, they look similar but aren't? :P

EDIT: Have since thrown a few updates to the cards to include some new effects, and rearrange one.
