Cannot attack the turn it is Summoned. While you control "Toon World" and your opponent controls no Toon monsters, this card can attack your opponent directly. (Quick Effect): You can shuffled 3 face-down banished cards into the Deck; destroy 1 card on the field. You can only activate this effect of "Toon Parrot Dragon" once per turn. Banishing face-down seemed like an odd theme but as Toon Kingdom is a must, anything to help that is a must as well. Neat Summoning clause as well. Not much to say here, other than I would play it. Darj Posted November 7, 2018 Report Share Posted November 7, 2018 Agreed with the above, this looks really good and IMO it would be an staple in Toons. Easy to Summon, offsets the banishing costs and provides a sweet Quick Effect destruction that doesn't even target nor cares if it's face-up or face-down. It's only balanced by the lackluster power of Toons, and even then, they got sneaky solid plays like Black Stone into Toon Red-Eyes and so on.
