You can activate the equipped Monster effect(s) as Quick Effects. All Monster with the same name as equipped Monster can only activate its effect(s) once per turn. If this card is in your GY except the turn this card sent there: You can Banish this card; Draw 1 card. If its an Equip Spell card, You can reveal it and then you gain LP equal to the amount of ATK Listed on the Equip Spell Text (if any). You can only activate this effect of "Legendary Cornucopia" once per turn.

 

How to make a simple effect better? Make it quick effects ala Orcustrathed Babel. Which is the goal of this card really. With a dash of augmenting HOPT to ensure whatever meme you wish to be consistent is kept in check. The draw+LP gain is competitive bonus. Enjoy

This card is amazing, wow. Not only because of the Equip effect, which is really good on its own, also it replaces Metalfoes Fusion as an splashable millable Spell/Trap to trade for a card draw. Then, as an Equip Spell it works ridiculously good with Isolde. As if that wasn't enough, it has the chances of giving you LP, insane.

At the very least you should put a hard OPT on the in-GY effect, and even then, IMO it would still be too good. Maybe a "except the turn this card was sent to the GY" stun would suffice? Also remove the LP gain when a monster is drawn since it's an overkill at that point. Gaining LP based on an ATK written in an Equip Spell is an unique and refreshing effect, though.

I really like this card, and I believe that any Deck that centers around Equip Spell cards should utilize this, or even those that have no need for Equip Spells would still do well to include this card in their Deck, from the added Quick Effect to the free draw and potential LP. Definitely deserves the name "Legendary".
