A Link-3 for Thunder Decks that you can move out of the Extra Monster Zone, as well the Fusion Summon. Works well with Thunder Dragon of course, but also because discarding a Thunder Dragon monster allows you to banish a Fusion Material from your Deck as well. Next, when you battle, you can have a Thunder monster it points to lose 1000 ATK to place an opponent's card on top of their Deck.

You can discard 1 Thunder monster; move this card to your zone it points to, then you can Fusion Summon 1 Fusion Monster by banishing monsters from your hand or field as Fusion Material. you discarded a "Thunder Dragon" monster, you can also banish 1 monster from your Deck as Fusion Material. When a Thunder monster this card points to declares an attacks: You can have it lose 1000 ATK, then place 1 card your opponent controls to the top of their Deck. You can only use each effect of "Thunder Dragonstorm" once per turn.
