Never really developed a taste for the real stuff.ciders are fantastic, and if you are ever interested in finding a taste for beer, ales and even soft drinks like ginger beer are really fantastic for bridging the gap. There are some really fantastic stouts from local breweries in the Vancouver/Seattle/Portland area. As a member of the PNW you underestimate me in thinking I have not tried several microbreweries! Only types that I've ever been able to remotely tolerate/enjoy have been sours and radlers. Some have been great! But other variants, ESPECIALLY the dark types, are just gross. I maintain the opinion that if a food/drink is an "acquired taste", that if you have to force/train yourself to like it, chances are it was kinda sheet to begin with!
