Premium Snapchats, lewd Patreons, & more- for years, girls have been making huge money by selling their photos online. Most of it hasn't been taxed. And now, one man is fighting to change that. Tax evasion is wrong and people like this is ruining our country. Many other people make money off the internet (through various means) and want avoid paying taxes.

If you believe that someone is violating federal tax laws, the best way to report to the IRS is by filling out a 3949-A form. Fill out and print the form and mail it to the Internal Revenue Service Center, Stop 31313, Fresno, CA 93888. Another way to report IRS fraud is to call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 for the Criminal Investigation Hotline in your area. Failure to file tax returns is a form of tax evasion. Tax evasion amounts to using illegal means to avoid paying owed taxes, and is a federal crime.

You may also want to report an individual or business for tax fraud. Tax fraud can consist of a variety of different activities designed to reduce or eliminate taxes owed by an individual or business. Examples of tax fraud include under-reporting income, keeping two sets of books, claiming personal expenses as business expenses, claiming other false deductions, or hiding or transferring assets or income. You may also use the form 3949-A to report IRS tax fraud, just print and fill out the form and mail it to the Internal Revenue Service Center, Fresno, CA 93888.

The form 3939-A requests a significant amount of information pertaining to the individual you are reporting. Among other things, you will need to provide the name and address of the tax payer. You should also be prepared to submit any documents that you have that will substantiate your claims, or you must indicate that you don't have access to any documentation. Significantly, while you may provide your name and address, it is not required that you identify yourself. Therefore, the form 3939-A may be used to report tax fraud or evasion anonymously.

If you are unsure whether you need to file taxes or you have another question and would like to make sure that you could not be held criminally responsible for tax evasion or tax fraud, you should consult a tax attorney or a tax specialist. It is always recommended that you consult with a tax professional to protect yourself and avoid undesirable criminal or civil penalties in the future.

Discuss the matter and please note the serious tag.

I didn't watch the nearly 30 minutes of youtube footage because I frankly didn't find it worth looking at, so hopefully everything important was covered in those paragraphs of yours. That said, where do we start? The top I guess.

That's good for them and all, but I'm pretty sure personal internet transactions that don't involve a business on either end don't get taxed. I'm no expert, mind, but if I walk up to you and toss you a twenty every so often because I like your posts, should that be taxed? Because that's exactly what Patreon is, except online instead of face-to-face. Also, if you wanted to pin a crime on NSFW Patreons, you could probably find a basis to label it as prostitution if the creator in question sends lewd photographs of themselves instead of drawing NSFW art.

I'd argue there are much greater things ruining our country than some girls making money off male (and lesbian) libido. Government officials loading up their wallets at the expense of the public, violent crime persisting to this day, an education system designed to only give off the illusion of success, monstrous inflation over the last few decades, unaccountable police, not to mention our school kids are gunning down their classmates on basically a daily basis. Plus the funking anti-vaxxers and neo-nazis. But sure, it's the e-girls.

I'm pretty sure people on the web don't go throwing their addresses around all willy-nilly, so good luck getting the address of the "tax evader" to fill that form out.

You're in General; you shouldn't need a [serious] tag. I like how you're the one who put this tag on though, and then immediately started the thread with basically a meme.

Upon re-reading both your post and mine, I also realized most of this was more about the form and filling it out rather than the actual problems you're trying to address. You only talked about them once with a passing glance at the very start of the thread. Please elaborate.

stuff

theoretically, all income of currency and goods (even gifts over a certain value) is to be taxed. It may not be automatically pulled from a paycheck, like most conventional careers, but it should still be reported when taxes are filed.

That being said, I see no concrete evidence that these costs are not being reported. Hell, how do we know that the man posting these videos is reporting his YouTube revenue? Should we report him to the IRS while we're at it?

Harmful speculation at best, slut shaming at worst.

Still borders on bait but wont punish since there's some reason to it.

This though is an issue. Don't do another post like this or next it'll be warning points. You spammed a one word post in your own thread. C'mon.

Atleast that was the take on it

it wasn't that they were leftists, but that they were touting the values of socialism, yet bragging about skimping out on their taxes, less of a leftist thing, more of an idiot thing. then one of the more well known pickup artists saw everything that was going down, and jump started the movement. people have been doing it for a while, but it caught on only because thots kept being hypocrites.

many of the sites report the income made to the irs immediately if it passes a certain value anyways (i beleive over 1000 a month), so this is likely only going to affect the ones making bank, but under that threshold. in either case, it's both funny and informative that the system can be used for this level of lawful evil.
