A little disappointed in dark anthelion, I cant even call it an upgraded dark rebellion, it does exactly the same thing but its a quick. Was it that hard to make so it doesnt target or alter the order of the effect so you can still gain ATK from towers monsters (kinda like borrelsword)?

Got a bit excited as I read Anthelion has a Quick Effect because the Rank7 pool is missing a generic Quick-Effect disruptive member, but then I find the effect is only good for discouraging attacks. At least it can still work as regular Rebellion, and IDK if there are Rank-Up shenaanigans with it in Phantom Knights.

Trilojig looks like a pain to Summon, thankfully Necro Fusion is a thing that can help with it, perhaps in... Trains?

Well, 2-3 more Speedroid Pendulums and I will accept them as a pendulum hybrid archtype (which are honestly among my favourite ones).
Though the last ones need to be a bit better than Hexasaucer (and Yuya already uses 2 unreleased Speedroid (Pendulums ?) against Reiji in the rival duel in the manga, so that "prediction" might come true).

Dark Anthelion is nice, especially its summoning requirements are (unlike Clear Wing Fast Dragon) not a pain, too bad it neither has disruption, nor protection, though I still like it, given that it was obvious it would be like it is right now or worse (and I have a sweet spot for Pendulum Extra Deck monsters, which DO NOT require laddering).
In fact I wanted Dark Anthelion and Starving Venemy for quite some time, so I am satisfied with it (and we hopefully get Venemy as well (with very generic summoning requirements [also outside of Pendulum decks] and being better than in the manga [e.g. having its effect as a quick effect])).

Trilojig is crap for not doing anything, having no synergies and not even having a Miracle Fusion type of card for itself. (I actually forgot we have a miracle fusion trap ... there is still no point in doing that in trains)

Another valuable piece of information would be that Number XX requires 2+ level 10 monsters and is thus a more glorious Goyo Guardian for Trains (and a good Glorious Numbers target).

About time we get Dark Anthelion.

>Generic materials

>Quick Effect Dark Rebellion with detaching only 1 mat

>Permanent ATK change Aaaand it's not permanent. Oh well.

The only way you can get this out in PK if you Astral Force it from Dark Requiem (or any Rank 5 Dragon), but too much investment. Just use it in an Odd-Eyes deck or any deck that can spit out Level 7s easily.

Timelords can pop trilojig out with little to no problem, they don't lack space either, and he does also help solve the issue of the deck's lack of regular beaters. (sandaion exists, but that's 3 generally unsearchable monsters in a deck full of zero ATK monsters) but other than that, i've got nothing for him.

The dark rebellion r7 might be nice for odd-eyes, seeing as he's generic with a good scale number. then again, ED space is tight in the deck, so i'm not sure he actually makes the cut.

On the bright side, it's not just a Quick Effect Dark Rebellion, but it can do its effect twice, and if popped, it becomes a Scale 10 Shrink (though this one should have also been a quick effect).

It's ok. It also is a Pendulum Xyz Dragon that for once doesn't ask for another Xyz as material to unlock effects.

Just like with Odd-Eyes Rebellion and Odd-Eyes Raging, this card technically could get brought out via Astral Force, although Requiem is hard to bring out on itself so this route would be too silly to try.
