Well, I got @@Uggla6 as an AGM Secret Santa recipient (and he's one of the newest additions), so based on his list of likes/dislikes, this is what I came up for him.

Hope you enjoy them and Merry Christmas!

First, note that the way you wrote them they won't float when sent to the GY for their negation effects, since they send as cost, not by effect. But I can tell they are intended to float and, well, that makes them really annoying to play against due to their stun nature. Ideally, you will stack some of them on board and continue negating stuff while their floating effects preserve hand advantage, except for Night Moon.

The Fusions are more of the same, and that makes them feel a bit bland, or something thrown into the archetype just "because you can", so to speak. The Fusion Spell isn't even that good, as it is conditionally half a Miracle Fusion. The maindeck monsters won't float or otherwise benefit from being used as Fusion material, either, but that can be fixed if you change the effect so they float when sent to the GY by the effect of a "Windshadow" card.

In short, I suggest to make them send fellow Windshadows the GY as part of the effect, and make them float when they are sent to the GY by the effect of a "Windshadow" card with a different name.

Regardless of the fixes you do, these give me an Altergeist or PSYframe stun-ish feel, which is not exactly a bad thing, but well, that may be regarded as non-fun to play against.

By the way, you copy/pasted Flowering Breeze with some mistakes. And in the card descriptions you don't mention their Fusion Monster type. I noticed that none of the floating effects target Windshadows in the GY or banished ones, but I feel they can get away with it. To be fair, in some instances they cannot because the effects have the option of summoning from the hand, too.

EDIT:

I do appreciate that they are Wyrm, as that opens for potential support from True Kings. Funnily enough, you can tech Mariamne, and make her effect live with the WIND Windshadows, and grab the DARKs ones with her float effect. Now, if they were also able to float through the destruction by Mariamne, and when sent to the GY by a Spell effect, they would be onto something more solid...

Uh, Blood Rose floats stuff from the GY (but other than that, none of them SS from the Deck besides Flowering Breeze). And yeah, the reference to a former colleague is there.

If Draco or one of the others wants to address the lack of Deck summoning presence or other things they didn't have fixed, they can. Not sure what banish monsters (i.e. Dark Law) are relevant at this time, sans maybe Omega even at 1, but might be helpful if they can recover against them.

But I did modify the floating effects so they can at least trigger, though in doing so, they do become somewhat like PSY-Frame, comparatively (I guess). Fusion got fixed with a GY effect, though I am aware of Foolish Burial Goods and some other things. At the least, Necro Breeze can at least retrieve it later.

Huh, I didn't say anything about Blood Rose.

Flowering Breeze still has a mistake: its effect activates when the opponent activates a card/effect, but it says that it negates a Summon and destroys a monster(s).

And an in-GY effect on the Fusion Spell feels a bit random, but I guess it's fine. Reminds me of Metalfoes Fusion, with a generic card draw effect when Metalfoes are not too much about drawing. I find amusing how it can be a funny tech in Sky Strikers: instead of milling Metalfoes Fusion with Goods, they can mill this for extra stun power.

Not sure how I missed that, but yeah, I fixed Flowering Breeze so it negates the effect instead of Summon stuff.

As far as Sky Strikers go, well, they can find something to work with in light of the lists.

Now to wonder if anything in AGM is of any concern with these, as the pool really is massive.

Thank you so much for the archetype. I really do like it. In fact all the main monsters are great. They are good solid normal summons with negates and fair costs. They have float effects, which I like don't trigger with the negates, but I think they need some other cards that can trigger them. The Extra Deck monsters are kinda bland and probably would only be an after thought if it weren't for the Fusion Spell. Which is a great card, may I add. I do think they need some more swarming support and ways to trigger their float effects. Thus I created 2 cards I think would be musts to complete the archetype. Not sure how the policy for this works, but feel free to add them to your post. The Xyz Monster idea actually came from the wording of Blood Rose lol.

[spoiler=Additional Cards]

High Windshadow Wyvern – Blood Reaper
Rank 6 | WIND | Wyrm | Xyz | Effect
2000/0
2 Level 6 monsters
Must be either Xyz Summoned, or Tribute Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by Tributing 1 monster you control that can be Normal Summoned/Set and 1 face-up monster your opponent controls. You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, except Wyrm monsters. Wyrm monsters cannot be banished. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can send 1 other “Windshadow Wyvern” card from your hand or your side of the field to the GY, then draw 1 card.

Windshadow Wyvern Gust
Continuous Trap
If this card is sent from the field to the GY: You can Special Summon 1 “Windshadow Wyvern" monster from your Deck. Once per turn: You can send 1 "Windshadow Wyvern" monster from your hand or your side of the field to the GY, then you can Special Summon 1 Wyrm monster from your hand.

And thank you again for a great gift. I want to play with these some time.
