1 "Elemental HERO" Monster

When this card is Link Summoned: Special Summon 1 "Elemental HERO" monster from your deck in Defence Position with its effects negated. During the turn you activated this effect, you cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck except "HERO" monsters. (Quick Effect): you can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 "HERO" monster from your GY ignoring its summoning conditions. You can only activate each effect of "Xtra HERO Energizer" once per turn.

So Energizer is a Link 1 Xtra HERO that limits itself to being summoned by Elemental HERO monsters where its effects allow it to act as a HERO Lives on legs but with the draw back of the summoned monster being in defence and losing its effects while locking you into HERO Xtra Deck monsters. In addition this card also has a quick effect that can bring back a HERO monster from your grave ignoring its summoning conditions where this can apply to all the Elemental HERO Fusions.

 

With Energizer it can be used to summon a HERO from your Extra Deck to ladder into Wonder Driver and even use its effect from the grave to bring one of your HERO's back in order to continue the laddering process.

 

One of the strongest combo's you could do with this card to grant your deck some desired speed is Link Summon this off of Stratos, summon a Shadow Mist through its effect, Link into Wonder Driver where yo get the search of Shadow Mist where its effect triggers from grave, then, revive Stratos off this to get another HERO from your deck.

You say it's good for laddering but once you are locked into only HERO Special Summons, how are you supposed to follow up? Wonder Driver can only point into 1 MM Zone so once it's occupied by an ED monster, any Maindeck HERO you have on the board will get stuck there. I guess you can resort to Wonder Driver --> Crossguy and keep the combos going if you have a D-HERO in the GY, and maybe use any ED HERO you Summon as fodder and bring it back with this card's in-GY effect as it can be placed in non-marked MM Zones, but then... IDK if it's more worth it than opening with Isolde. And if it's not, you are granting HEROes a pack of power that IDK if they deserve or not.
