I am trying to have a Deck that does not need Links.

Where to start ... let us start with the cards you play in your maindeck that are not bad.

1.) RotA

2.) Gogogo Giant (and if you want you can play Gogogo Aristera & Dexia)

3.) Goblindberh, Marauding Captain, Kagetokage

4.) Gagaga Guardna

5.) Rank-Up-Magic (both)

As for your Extra Deck:

Number S0, Number 71, Number 39 (and all its evolutions, including Utopic Dragon), Number 88 in Gimmick Puppets and not this deck.

 

Given the premise of your deck I suggest you just completely focus on the syllable archtypes (gagaga, dododo, gogogo, zubaba) and utopia in your Extra Deck.

Utopia does indeed not rely on Link monsters (you can and should play a Link 2 to open up a second Zone for Utopia, however it is not necessary).

 

In this case I suggest you add:

1.) Dododo Buster, Dododo Witch, Utonomatopia, Onomatopia, (keep Kagetokage, Goblindberg and Gogogo Giant).

2.) Xyz Change Tactics (the main focus of Utopia decks), Generation Force (to search Xyz Change Tactics and other Xyz cards), Onomatopaira, (possible Xyz techs, such as Xyz Block, Xyz Reborn), Glorious Numbers, Monster Reborn

3.) Halfway to Forever (possibly), Infinite Impermanence, Effect Veiler (and other hand traps)

4.) If you want to use the new Number 39: Utopia Double you should add 1-2 Double Up Chance.

 

The Extra Deck is up to preference and not difficult at all to build.

 

At that point your deck is an Utopia focused deck, though that is what you designed it to be like to begin with and Utopia is the best (and kind of only noteworthy [Gimmick Puppets are still possible though]) Rank-Up-Magic deck (ignoring Raidraptors, though they are completely Link dependent) if you do not want to use Links (and in case you do not intend to use even 1) you can only really focus on Utopia.
