Dova
You know when you see something you realize you've always wanted but never known about? That's this card. The idea behind making a Pendulum for Weather Painters goes well with the fact that the main 3 zones already grant effects to all of your main monsters. True, you are losing an additional effect for 2 zones, but you never place it there unless you have to, and you always have the opposite side of the S/T zones. The monster effect is a tad boring, but it has its uses if you want to Pendulum Summon with it. Speaking of Pendulum Summoning, it is the perfect way to buff the archetype, as they struggle building up the strong field required to full take advantage of their Spell/Trap Cards. Also, turn 1 Level 6, anyone? My only concern is that the Token Summoning is perhaps a tad too good, but it only applies to 2 monsters max, and you are losing a potential negator/searcher/whatever you want to do with your other Spell/Trap Cards. So yeah, almost certainly alright.
Darj
A bit confused at the Pendulum effect. it becomes Scale 7 alright, but since the other scale is 0 because it's a Continuous Spell... how are you supposed to Pendulum Summon? Or the intent is not to?

Well the intent is that Continuous Spell/Trap in the the Pendulum Zone gains what you wouldn't naturally see in the game, a Scale, which is the 7 I am referring to. And, this card itself keeps its Scale 1.
Darj
Ah I see. I read as this card becoming Scale 7, which made no sense to me if there wasn't another scale xDLooks good in general, then. Can't say much since I'm no expert on Weatheries. IDK what exactly they want or need.
