So these 2 Kijin Link monsters focus on supporting Warrior decks where the Link 1 helps generate monsters like a Link Spider but locks you into Warriors in the process to avoid abusability like how Gouki's did and the Link 3 generates massive power for both itself and Warriors linked to it where it can also deal a lot of effect damage depending on the number of Warriors it points to which generally is around 2000 (3000 if your opponent summons a Warrior to a zone it points to).
In any deck using Warriors these 2 cards help give the decks some links that could give them a balanced push while also sharing limitations to make them fair to use.

1 Level 4 or lower Warrior Monster
Must be Link Summoned. During your Main Phase: you can banish 1 Spell Card from your GY; Special Summon 1 Warrior monster from your hand or GY to a zone this card points to. During the turn you activated this effect, you cannot summon monsters except Warrior monsters. You can only activate this effect of "Kijin Princess Shuna" once per turn.
