(1) When your opponent Special Summons a mobster(s) in Attack Position, while you control an "Evil Eye" monster whose ATK is higher than that monster's: Target 1 of those monsters; take control of it, also it is treated as an "Evil Eye" monster while "Evil Eye of Selene" is in your Spell & Trap Zone. When that monster leaves the field, destroy this card.

Counter Trap
-You can only activate 1 card with this card name per turn.
(1) When a Spell/Trap Card is activated while you control an "Evil Eye" monster: negate the activateion, and if you do, destroy that card. If "Evil Eye of Selene" is in your Spell & Trap Zone, this card's activation and effect cannot be negated.

Oh man, a card referencing Pareidolia, that's fun. In general, they don't seem amazing or anything, but just the right kind of power I am comfortable with, and that they encourage Spells/Traps of this sort is nice to see, since it's so rare these days it feels. They can't massively Summon things, but the power boost they get from Evil Eye of Selene can be scary. I may find Fiend/DARK boring, but I like their designs at least.
