Huuuh, ok, so i hesitated a lot between here and advanced but i feel like it is a little weak for now tho it definitely have potential

 

Monsters :

 

Grand Master's Herald

[Warrior/WIND] Lvl 1 500ATK/500DEF
While "Grand Master's Tactic" is on the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand.

When this card is Normal Summoned : Target a monster on the field, this card's Level become

the targeted monster's Level. This card cannot be used for the XYZ summon of a non-Warrior monster.

Grand Master's Spy

[Warrior/WIND] lvl 2 500ATK/200DEF

If "Grand Master's Tactic" is on the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand.

When this card is Summoned, and "Grand Master's Tactic" is on the field, you can Special Summon

up to 2 "Grand Master's Spy" from your hand and/or Deck.

This card Cannot be tributed, except for the summon of a "Grand Master's" monster.

You cannot Special Summon monsters, except by the effect of "Grand Master's Spy".

Grand Master's Apprentice

[Warrior/WIND] lvl 3 1450ATK/2000DEF

If "Grand Master's Tactic" is on the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand.

When this card is Normal Summoned, you take only half battle damages until your next standby phase.

While "Grand Master's Tactic" is on the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand.

If this card is excavated from the top of the Deck, and had it's name declared, target one card on the field :

Banish it, and if you do, banish this card.

Master's Spirit Of The Wind

[Warrior/WIND] lvl 5 2500ATK/1300DEF

While "Grand Master's Tactic" is on the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand;

it's original ATK become 1250. If this card is Normal Summoned, you can add one "Grand Master's"

card from the GY to your hand.

Grand Master's Nemesis

[Warrior/WIND] lvl 7 1800ATK/3000DEF

If "Grand Master's Tactic" is on the field, you can Special Summon this card from your hand;

Its level become 5. If this card is Normal Summoned, you can target a Special Summoned Monster

on the field, destroy it.

The Hidden Grand Master

[Warrior/WIND] lvl 9 3200ATK/2500DEF

(This card is always treated as a "Grand Master's" card)
Cannot be Special Summoned. Require 3 "Grand's Master's" Tributes to Normal Summon.

When this card is targeted by an attack or a card effect, you can add 1 "Grand Master's"

Spell card from your Deck to your hand. When this card is sent to the graveyard,

you can set 1 "Last Breath Of The Master" on your side of the field from the Deck, hand or GY,

also you can activate it this turn ignoring its conditions.

Add 1 "Grand Master's" Spell/Trap or "Slash Draw" card from your Deck to your hand,

and if you do, look at the top card of your Deck. You can only activate 1

"Grand Master's Preparation" per turn.

Grand Master's Vision

[spell]

Banish 1 "Grand Master's" card from your GY; look at up to 8 cards on the top of your Deck,

then return them to the top of your Deck in any order.

During your next Standby Phase after this card activation, shuffle your Deck.

You can only activate 1 "Grand Master's Vision" per turn.

Grand Master's Golden Mask

[spell]

You can tribute a face-up "Grand Master's" monster on your side of the field;

look at up to the tributed monster's level amount of cards on the top of your Deck,

add one to your hand, then return them to the top of the Deck in any order.

You can activate only one "Grand Master's Golden Mask" per turn.

Grand Master's Skirmish Tactic

[spell Field]

(This card is always treated as "Grand Master's Tactic")
On this card activation, both player send cards from their field to the GY

so they control no more than 6 cards. Neither player can control more

than 6 cards on their side of the field. While this card is on the field,

any monster that would be destroyed by battle is returned to the hand

instead (damages still applies). During your opponent's End Phase :

if this card is on the field, you can send it to the GY ;

Activate a "Grand Master's Tactic" from your Deck or Hand.

Grand Master's Assault Tactic

[spell Field]

(This card is always treated as "Grand Master's Tactic")
Once per turn, you can declare one card name: Excavate

the first card of your Deck, and if it is the declared card, add it to your hand,

then inflict 1000 damages to your opponent. Otherwise, send the excavated

card to the GY and pay 1000 LP. During your opponent's End Phase :

if this card is on the field, you can send it to the GY ;

Activate a "Grand Master's Tactic" from your Deck or Hand.

Grand Master's Supply Tactic

[spell Field]

(This card is always treated as "Grand Master's Tactic")
Once per turn, you can banish two cards from your GY:

send two cards from your GY to your Deck. Once per turn,

when a monster is destroyed by battle, you draw 1 card.

Also, you cannot special summon monsters the turn you activate this effect.

During your opponent's End Phase, if this card is on the field :

you can send it to the GY ; Activate a "Grand Master's Tactic" from your Deck or Hand.

Grand Master's Redemption

[Quick Spell]

Declare 1 cards name: Excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is

the declared cards, add one "Grand Master's" card from your Deck or GY to your hand.

[Continuous Spell]

Once per turn, you can add one "Grand Master's" Monster from your

Deck to your Hand, and if you do, place 1 card in your hand on the top

of your Deck. While this card is on the field, during your opponent's End Phase,

shuffle your Deck.

If you have less than 1500 LP : you can add 1 Normal Spell card from

your Deck or GY to your hand, then set one Normal Spell card from your

GY or hand on top of the Deck.

Grand Master's Vigilance

[Counter Trap]

When a Spell/Trap or Monster effect is activated : Declare one card name ;

Excavate the top card of your deck, and if it is the declared card, add it to your hand,

then negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card. Otherwise,

send the excavated card to the GY.

Grand Master's Enraged Spirit Of The Wind

[XYZ] Rank 5 2600ATK/1000DEF

2 Level 5 WIND monsters
You can detach 2 XYZ material from this card (Quick Effect) : set 1 "Grand Master's"

Spell/Trap card from your deck to the field. You can only use this effect of "Grand Master's

Enraged Spirit Of The Wind" once per turn.

So basically the deck revolve around knowing what you're going to draw/placing cards on top of your deck for powerful effects/triggering the effect of Slash Draw to OTK your opponent

Other cards to go with it while not part of the archetype :

 

Last Stand

[Equip Spell]

Equip only to a Warrior-Type monster. The equiped monsters

can't be destroyed by battle. While this card is on the field,

if you take battle damages from an attack, you can

: Declare 1 card name; Excavate the top card of your deck,

and if it is the declared card, destroy the attacking monster.

You can only activate this effect of "Last Stand" once per turn.

Slice Through

[Continuous Spell]

When a Monster is sent from the field to the hand, destroy every cards in the same column as the sent back Monster.

Skull Of Life

[Fiend/DARK] lvl 1 0ATK/0DEF

When this card is in your hand : You can send it to the GY.

If this card is in your GY (Quick Effect) : You can place it on top of your deck.

You can only activate one of the effects of "Skull Of Life" per turn, and only once this turn.

Vanishing Armor

[Fiend/WIND/Spirit] lvl 1 0ATK/0DEF

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card return to its owner's hand

during the end phase of the turn it is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up.

When this card is Normal Summoned, neither player can Special Summon until

your next Standby Phase. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activate this card.
