question: is the effect is meant to trigger per spell (send 3 spell = thrice triggered ) or only triggered once per send (so even your opponent sent 3 spell in that 1 send action = trigger once)? The fundamentals of it really different i need to make sure which interaction you meant

Based on the wording, you would only shuffle and draw 1 card, no matter the amount of Spells sent.

 

Card looks nice. This card entirely depends on whether or not your opponent uses Spells or not, which should keep it balanced, considering how pretty much all Decks at least some Spells. (It would be very unfortunate on your part if you ended up playing against a Sekka's Light engine.) Even still, the card does not provide any real hand advantage and simply allows for a better hand, which is just as good in its own way.
