If there is no "Ice Queen" in your GY, Destroy This card When This card is Activated, Special Summon 1 "Ice Master" from your GY that sent there to activate its own Effects. "Ice Queen" you control cannot be Banished. You can pay 500 LP: Take Control 1 Monster your opponent control untuil the End Phase of this turn. that monster Attribute becomes WATER. it has several things going for it. but it obviously to support "Ice" Spellcasters/ Ice Counter Archetype that Asuka Tenjoin use. most of its effects it fine with the exception or that take control effects as its not target, relatively cheap to use, and not having limit on how many times it can be activated thus you can pay until all opponent monster become yours and proceed to OTK or at very least deal huge damage on them. not only that, before the End Phase you can use those monster as your Material to summon other monster so opponent wont getting any of his/her monster back. quite evil dont you think?
