Gain 6 amber to make a key. Have 3 keys you win. You have a deck with 3 different houses aka guilds in your deck but you can only play with one third of your deck at any time.

So if I understand you correctly, you need to gather mana first and foremost; a MTG and hearthstone tactic. You cannot edit your deck but you can buy singles? that's a bit...redundant. Is the deck used to help create the mana or is it turn based? What of some kind of life counter? Are there phases in which certain moves can be done?

You do not buy singles or booster packs, just decks.

If you have 3 keys forged during your upkeep phase /stanby phase, you automatically win. 6 mana = 1 key so 18 mana = 3 keys

No life counters/HP/Life points, making keys matter.

You have phases:

House declaration

Draw phase

Main phase

Battle phase (you can leave and enter BP as you see fit)

Main phase 2 (Post combat phase)

Untap step

End phase
