Hello everyone, it's been 2 years i guess since my login in this website,

Let's have some more fun creating yugioh card together. :)

Welcome to give commend / advice or feedback.

This card mainly to support current Divine Card as well as makes "Horakhty" to be "on the field" instead getting instant win after Summon it

Horakhty's Spirit

LEVEL 12

SCALE 1

DIVINE / DIVINE BEAST

ATK 0 / DEF 0

Pendulum effect:

You cannot Pendulum Summon monster except level 10 or higher Divine-Beast type monster.

When you Pendulum Summon, card and effects cannot be active.

Level 10 or higher Divine-Beast type monster you control unaffected by your opponent card effects and cannot be use as Tributed Summon.

Up to trice per turn, you can Normal Summon Divine-Beast type monster (from your hand), ignoring its Summoning condition. If you do, you cannot Normal Summon/Set or Special Summon non Divine-Beast type monster for the rest of the turn.

When a Divine-Beast type monster activates it's effect: Ignore the activation.

During your next Standby Phase, return all monster that Normal Summon by this effect to your hand.

Monster effect:

Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set, Must be either Pendulum Summoned or Special Summon (from your hand) by sending 3 monster you control to GY.

When a Divine attribute monsters you control activates it's effect while this card is face-up on the field: Ignore the cost of the activation.

Unaffected by other effects and cannot be target for attack while you control other Divine attribute monster.

Once per turn, you can send 1 Divine-Beast type monster from your hand to GY: Until your next Standby Phase, this card gain that monster original ATK and effect.

Cannot be Normal Summon or Set. Must be Special Summon (from your hand or GY) by sending 3 card you control to GY.

Divine-Beast type monster you control Unaffected by your opponent cards or effects.

Once per turn (Quick Effect), during either player's turn: You can send 1 Divine-Beast type monster from your hand to GY: Until your next Standby Phase, this card gains that monster original effect.

If this card leaves the field, place it to the Pendulum Zone instead.

Considering what the Divine-Beast archetype actually is, this card is horribly designed. I'll ignore mentioning the OCG misprints as that would take too much time.

For the Pendulum effects... Slifer and Obelisk get sent to the GY of a turn that they are Special Summoned, so Pendulum Summoning either of them is very counter-intuitive. Ra can't be Special Summoned at all (disregarding Sphere Mode), so this card's of no help there. Furthermore, that same Pendulum effect actually prevents a player from Pendulum Summoning the three Tributes necessary to Normal Summon a Divine-Beast monster. You can't even Tribute the very monsters you Pendulum Summon to Normal Summon a Divine-Beast because this card prevents that, too.

Now for the monster effect... It's extremely unlikely for a player to have this and another Divine-Beast on the field at the same time simply because the player would have to Tribute six monsters. Now, that is certainly plausible since this card's summon is a Special Summon, but that would also mean that the player would have to run many monsters that replace or replenish themselves... meaning less room for the Divine-Beast cards that this card actually supports. Also, the Divine-Beast monsters themselves have no protection (aside from the target protection of Obelisk), so if you wanted to have one on the field to protect this one, you would probably need another copy of this in the Pendulum Zone, which makes this even more difficult to use.

On the other hand, I actually like both the 'copy' and the 'cost ignore' effects. Sure, being able to use Obelisk's effect without Tribute or Ra's effect without LP cost seems broken, but Raigeki already does that without a ridiculous number of hoops. The copy effect should be a Quick Effect, given how often Divine-Beast cards can be dead draws.

Welcome to make more review or comment. For the adjustment of the card:

Pendulum effect:

- replace “normal summon” the divine card instead special summon to make the monster stay on your field.

- add restrictions to summon for non divine beast monster and bounce back the monster back to hand during your next turn.

( to prevent the instant win effect of “ the creator god of light Horakthy” on the same or following turn)

- move the cost ignoring monster effect to pendulum effect instead.

- change the scale to 1 instead 13 (to prevent the advantage of summoning lvl 10 or higher monster, fit this card theme even more i guess?)

Monster effect:

- Classic divine style summoning condition, instead it is special summon and not only limited by using only monster to summon.

- Remain protection for divine beast monster

- Remain the copy effect, instead change to quick effect and able to active at any timing/turn.

- Set to pendulum zone after leaves the field
