This card cannot be used as Link Material during the turn it was Link Summoned. During your Main Phase: you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand or GY to a zone this card points to. For the rest of this turn after this effect resolves, you cannot summon monsters except monsters with the same type as the monster summoned by this effect. You can only activate this effect of "Little Linker" once per turn.

So Little Link is a Generic Level 4 or lower Link 1 monster that acts as a persudo Link Spider which locks you into the type of monster you summoned for the rest of the turn.

 

Ideally this card can be used in any deck that is centres around a single type of monster while also being prone itself with 0 ATK and being struck by effect negation or Rivalry of Warlords (unless your using this card in a Psychic Deck.)
