A big mean snek appears who likes banishing face-down.

ATK/DEF 2450

You can only use 1 effect of this card’s name per turn, and only once that turn.
(1) If this card is in your hand or GY (Quick Effect): You can banish 8 cards from the top of your Deck face-down; Special Summon this card.
(2) You can banish 3 cards from your Extra Deck face-down, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; destroy it.

Ok, it feels like they're pushing to see how far they can take the banish-face-down-as-cost mechanic before people won't play it.  This is definitely the most costly card out of the bunch with underwhelming effects when looking at the cost as a whole. However, each individual aspect is potentially worth the cost.

Banishing 8 from deck to summon this from grave is a +1 (lighter cost than Desires), and banishing 3 from Extra to pop is also a +1 (lighter cost than Extravagance).  That being said, this card's plusses are a bit more conditional to the deck you're running, even more so than the Pots. I can see this mostly seeing play alongside Danger, but only as a further extender.

EDIT: Wanna try cute combos with this and Heavy Metal Raiders tho

[spoiler=Terrible Meme, but I Had to Do it To Em]

Pretty sure it's a neg 7 or neg 8, and a neg 3 on it's field effect. Haven't you seen PoT oF dEsIrEs?

Being serious though, the card looks legit. It's no fairy tale snow, but it's certainly not bad. It's a free special summon that can help you put monsters on the field, and it's on field effect can be useful removal if you need it. Based on the wording, you get to choose which extra deck cards you banish, making it kinda similar to Eater of Millions in the way that you can get rid of the cards you don't need for his effect.

It wouldn't surprise me if people played this card as a 1-2 of in their decks. The card definitely looks pretty nice.
