If this card is Summoned by its own effect, you can equip 1 "Sylla's Black Robe" from your deck to this card. This card is treated as "Dark Magician" while in the GY.

Name: Sylla's Black Robe

Spellcard: Equip

Equip only to a Level 6 or 7 Dark Spellcaster Type Monster with "Magician" in its name: it gains 100 ATK for each Monster in both players GY.

A couple notes: When I was designing Amber, I needed to introduce a Glaring weakness for how strong she is. She could easily be destroyed by cards like Brain Control, Mind Control, Change of Heart and even Number 11 Big Eye. Heck even something such as your opponent using monster reborn on her would get rid of her. I also decided not to put Magician Girl in Arya or Allyson's name because I felt it wouldn't fit with how they would look/are lore wise and card wise. Honestly, Magician Women could one day be its own Archetype. Sylla takes inspiration from "Guardian Dreadscythe" as its ability of searching Sylla's black Robe an Equip Spell from the deck and placing it on the field is identical to his ability of searching Reaper Scythe.

Oof.. Ten more cards is quite a bit in addition to your other set, wouldn't ya say? XD

So I might have to break a review up into two parts.  On the whole though, I will be looking at the cards individually in relation to the current card pool.  I cannot exactly remember the individual cards in your other set, so I will not be discussing these cards in relation to those ones (unless they actually express the other cards by name).

Before I go further, there are a couple things that I saw as common themes in some of these cards, so I want to address this up-front:

Firstly, mass monster effect negation/suppression is a pretty big no-no in the game.  It is a type of effect that is usually coupled with restrictions just because of how powerful it is.  A couple notable cards in the irl game with this effect are Amano-Iwato and Majesty's Fiend.  Both monsters have restrictions so they cannot be special summoned, and even the most generic version of the effect (Skill Drain) is limited.

Secondly, advantage.  While most of the cards are archetype locked, it is still crucial that the cards in a vacuum aren't doing a ridiculous amount.  From what I saw, there were a few cards that just did too much.  If you're familiar with the idea of "card advantage", it is a good idea to use it to help balance out your cards.

With that out of the way, onto the cards!

[spoiler=First five]
Alice - Ok, first thing I noticed was its ATK vs. its Link value.  It's ATK is quite a bit higher than any Link 2 that's been released.  Even the highest ATK ones tend to have thematic relevance and/or a tougher summoning condition than this card.  I'd strongly suggest lowering its ATK.  The first effect is fine (since having a specific monster on the field and -then- Link Summoning is not the easiest thing), however the second effect (the banish to Special Summon) is really powerful.  It falls under what I'd mentioned before about bringing too much in card advantage.  It's hard to balance that second effect out specifically because Envoy BLS can just summon itself if the effect is "weakened" to searching.  Maybe it'd be more balanced if you had to tribute a monster it points to?  I'm not too sure...

Swords - I get that this is a retrain of Swords of Revealing Light, but this card falls under the first issue I'd mentioned.  On top of that, it has a bonus effect and ONLY works on the opponent's monsters, so it's just way too powerful.  Honestly, there's no way to change it while keeping its flavor and making it balanced unless you add a ridiculous cost and remove its bonus effects.

Amber - Oof... this card hits both issues.  It has that GY quick effect that is one-sided monster negation, and it gets you free card advantage without any downside.  I see you noted that this card was too strong, but the weaknesses you gave it aren't comparable to the strengths it gives the user.  In the TCG/OCG Card discussion section, there used to be a common phrase: "just because a card has counters does not mean that it is any less powerful".  Unless a counter is expected to happen in almost every deck (for example: summoning a monster), adding a specific flaw to balance out a card isn't the best.  To be blunt: this card needs to be reworked and heavily weakened.

Allyson - Hmm... Well this one looks like the most balanced so far.  There are only two relatively minor issues with this one.  Firstly, 2000 ATK on a Level 4.  Like the Link monster, that ATK value is too high, especially on a monster that doesn't have any drawback for use.  Secondly, the effect on Special Summon.  I'd highly suggest being able to choose 1 effect or the other.  Being able to use both effects is tough to counter, and even if it was negated, you hardly lose out on anything because it was a special summon.  Overall though, the card's individual abilities seem perfectly fine.

Arya - I like the extra summon conditions on this one.  Definitely adds a unique flare to Dark Magician using Xyzs.  That said, breaking this card down to its core, what I'm reading is: "2700 ATK monster that is unaffected by opponent's effects that can attack directly".  I don't know if it was intentional because while the ATK boost is restricted to other Magicians you control, the other effects can work on itself.  Honestly, though, because of its summoning restrictions, that feels fine.  The issues with this are that neither of its detach effects have OPTs and its powerful Graveyard effect.  The card has a lot going for it already but leaving it unrestricted and giving it such a powerful Graveyard effect just feels like a bit too much.

I've still got a few more to look through, but my first impression is that a lot of these just do way too much.  Each of the cards have three or so different effects that all help in really powerful ways.  While I admit, a lot of cards of modern Yugioh tend to have long text boxes and whatnot, some of the best cards are the ones that are relatively simple and specific in what they do.  For example, Dark Magical Circle only has 2 effects and only 1 effect that is usually live, yet it is one of the core cards of a Dark Magician deck!  In making support, think carefully on what the deck can do and build on that.  A deck doesn't need to be able to do everything!

Sorry if I came across negative; I hope I was helpful to ya.

My computer had a scheduled restart and I lost what I'd said for the last five cards...  :7601_key:

I'll keep things bare-bones, since I really don't wanna have to do this a third time.

[spoiler=Last five]

Farruco - While the free Fusion monster Special Summon effect could potentially make this more powerful than the Rank 6, this is actually not as strong as the Rank 6 in general because of how much effort is involved to make that effect live (you need 4 monsters total, 2 to make a Link 2 and 2 to make this before you can summon a Fusion).  The only thing I really didn't like was the fact that because this works with Level 6s, it mostly steals Norito the Moral Leader's niche.

Annaliese - While it is unlikely to get its Special Summon effect off, this thing is ridiculously powerful once it hits the field.  It searches, removes AND draws you a card just by existing on the field.  For context, one of the most powerful cards of the current format is Sky Striker Engage.  It searches a card and it (conditionally) draws you a card.  This card does more than that.

Broken Witch - I actually couldn't think of an active, consistent way of abusing this outside its intended purpose, so, on the whole, I think this card is fine as-is.

Sylla - The card has pretty high stats considering its summoning condition.  Based on how its worded though, this could end up being broken as well.  If you intended for it to search named materials, then it is fine, but if it can search anything based on materials period, then it can search literally ANY effect monster by dumping Millennium-Eyes Restrict.  The other half of its effect is entirely dependent on...

Black Robe - Like I said in the beginning, this blanket monster negation effect is way too strong.  However, because of its restriction in what it can equip to and its variable ATK gain, I think you could get away with taking away the "during either player's turn" and this would balance itself out.  Blanket negation only on your turn to prevent pesky monster effects from stopping your plays (rather than during either player's turn to shut down opponent's plays).  All that said, had Sylla not been able to tutor the card from the deck, this card's inherent restrictions might have make that negation effect fine even as a quick effect, so... there are a few options for balancing this out.
