Recommended Posts

The Launchdragon's are a group of FIRE - Dragon type monsters. The monsters of this archetypes are devided in 2 types: The ones that does burn damage on summoning and then return on the deck during the end phase and the ones that get searched by the effect of the first. Usually they are more defensive and they come with usefull effect that keep us protected or they allow us to activate certain card before concluding our turn.

Launchdragon Mantra - The Brave Assaulter

Level 4

FIRE / Dragon / Effect

ATK 1600 / DEF 700

When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of monsters on both sides of the field x 400 and if you do: Until the end of your opponent next turn monsters on both sides of the field that have an ATK lower or equal then the damage resolved by this card effect cannot attack the opponent. You can only use this effect of ''Launchdragon Mantra - The Brave Assaulter'' once per turn. During the End Phase of the turn this card was Normal or Special Summoned shuffle this card into the deck and add 1 Level 4 or lower ''Launchdragon'' monster from your Deck to your hand.

Launchdragon Optima - The Coverage Dragon

Level 4

FIRE / Dragon / Effect

ATK 500 / DEF 2000

When this card is added from the Deck to your hand by the effect of a ''Launchdragon'' monster: Special Summon this card from your hand in Face-Up Defense Position and if you do, if you have any, you can activate 1 Continuous Trap card that has ''Launchdragon'' in his text directly from your hand during the End Phase of this turn.

I'll start with these two for now. They're connected obviously, Summon Mantra, burn, end phase -> add optima -> optima eff ss on the field -> we activate a continuous trap card that i still need to create xD, but its gonna be usefull so it should be pretty good as effect.

feel free to dish some fix!

Make Mantra able to search any Launchdragon other than itself. Reason being that if you run 2 or 3, you can be called out for cheating because there is no way of telling if you're searching oit the same card or a different copy of it. Aside from that, you're off to a good start.
