Tactical Trap Master

When this card is Link Summoned: you can add 1 Normal Trap Card from your Deck to your hand. While you control a monster this card points to, this card cannot be targeted for an attack. While theirs a monster in a zone this card points to, you can activate Trap Cards during the turn they were set. You can only Link Summon "Tactical Trap Master" once per turn.

Big no.  This is both Trap Trick and Makyura the Destructor rolled up into one card that you always have access to and has an easy summoning condition.  I love the flavor behind this card (Trap Master has a nostalgia-shaped hole in my heart), but it opens up way too many problems that are not fixable unless you overhaul the card entirely.

I think you should consider applying at least 1 of the following changes:

* Make one of the Materials a Flip monster. This encourages the play of Flip monsters. This card becomes less generic. Do you want EVERY Deck to have access to their Traps?

* Banish the trap and add it to the hand during the End Phase.

* Make the activate traps the turn they are Summoned effect a HOPT, Once per Duel, or require a tribute.
