1) Good card, i would change nothing

2) The You can only activate 1 of these effects per turn is the problem here (i think). because when you summon this card it deals automatic burn damage, which means is not optional, the effect should trigger when you summon him), then we have the basic negation and this works with the limitation since its optional. but then we have the 3rd effect which triggers when he is drestroyed. So in the end the only effect you activate is just the quick negation effect, am i wrong? maybe you know better then me

3) same problem with this card: can you eventually say no to the effect that triggers when this card is summoned? for the rest,i like thefact that you didnt put the classic ''unaffected by ecc ecc'', also i like that you gave him 2800 instead of 3000- The opponent need to always have ways to destroy a card in my opinion, the fact that this card is protected only during battle phase its good.

4)This card is all wrong to me: you just use the spell to summon a xyz monster, the fact that you start to steal your opponent monster as xyz materials is already too much, then i saw that it all depends by the different 1000 face monster on the grave and if you set the graveyard right and you create more and more 1000 monster...you pretty much can stole 3-4 monster in 1 turn, basically an Infinity dragon on steroids. Then this card is also a sercher and a multiple -1 for the opponent in just one turn. All this with no materials detachment and no limitations. need to be reworked in my opinion

5) good card, i like it but i would not add the material thing

6)That token seems to me like a cheap way to just get access to more and more fusions and xyz when you dont have the actual monster on the field. Also the OG Mask change had the attribute limitation, this card just do the polymerization work without requiring 2 or more materials for the fusions and xyzs monsters, I dont like it.

each effect for every monster can be activated once per turn

I don't agree with you on this one personally, its 1st effect is only broken in a vacuum imo. it is extremely dependent upon how you set up your gy and with there only being 1 main deck monster it isnt like youre going to be able to suck up a lot of cards. the discard effect i can kind of agree with you on but there are other oppressive cards in the game too with a lot better protection than him so I don't think its too op

Im sorry but I don't really understand the point your making here in regards to comparing face swap to mask change. yes it allows you to Special Summon a different type of Extra Deck monster from its own archetype but its not like it lets you can Special Summon any Extra Deck monster.

1) As revv said, its a good card

2) This card seems waaaay to much. Not only does it have RDA Abyss's effect, a level 9 synchro that requires a specific non-tuner synchro monster (with an added +1), but it also has a guaranteed 2100 burn on summon, AS WELL as a +1 on death, all for the cost of 1 spell and 1 monster seems pretty busted. At least lock the player into summoning "1000 faces" at the bare minimum

3) Not as busted as the fusion but still busted. Not only is it a better black rose dragon for a fraction of the cost, it has 3 other effects, including a +1, again with no restrictions.

4) Too busted for what it takes to summon. Guaranteed 2 card non-targeting removal on summon, +1 on destruction, forcing opponent to discard when they use an effect with negation... way too much for the summon method. Also what are the xyz material used for?

5) Link 1, need I say more? This effect would put most link 3 or 4 to shame. Utopia beyond on summon, with added advantage. Too much

6) I understand the concept and where you're coming from, but this is a bit too good. Either make it a normal spell, drop the second effect, or make the second effect not usable the turn its sent to the GY.

Overall - There doesn't seem to be a theme with this archetype. It seems like an amalgam of overpowered effects that you just slapped onto random monster types for "reasons". Their stats are way too good for how easy they are to summon. There's no limitation to the player; they can go about doing all their special summon shenanigans, then just normal summon the main deck monster and instant RDA Abyss. Way too much. I apologise if I came off super harsh by the way.

Thank you for your c+c

I have to disagree again with most of your points, the monsters themselves are relatively hard to summon as the only way to summon them is with face swap and shaksglave is needed to start off the engine, so it’s is unlikely for a player to get multiple of these monsters out per turn. Again in a vacuum they are op I agree in a game they aren’t as op as both of you have described due to how easy they are to summon.

As for the theme I’m sorry but themes don’t have to be on effects but also aesthetics. It’s one monster (shaksglave) that changes faces (face swap) for example do all mask hero’s follow an effect aesthetic?

edit: sorry that last note sounded little harsh, just took a little while to come up with the theme of this archetype

If you draw into Shak, as long as the effect isn't negated, you have instant any of those extra deck monsters. It's not hard to get Shak and face swap, even without normal summoning, especially since its 2 cards making it ridiculously splashable into most decks.

Initially I compared this summoning to Masked heroes, but then I came to a couple of realisations. Firstly as a whole, they follow the Hero theme of only being fusion monsters, which is comparatively more limiting than face swap. Secondly there are a maximum of 2 Masked hero per attribute that can be summoned by Mask change, which is also a limit. Finally the masked heroes are comparably more balanced. Most of them have only 2 effects, and only 1 of them gives card advantage. Heck "Contrast Hero Chaos" is objectively harder to summon than your fusion monster (both having effects that negate a card effect), and is STILL less powerful than it in terms of effects.

You severely overestimate how easy it is to summon these guys, and they have way too many effects per monster for how easy they come out.
